We were having problems with our heat pump/furnace. He figured out the problem for us after dealing with it for a couple of winters now it was a simple fix, but Zana Aziz got us up and running in no time and explained to us how The heat pump and furnace should work in conjunction or when to use separately.

Was having issues with my furnace. They came out the very next day and checked it out. Turns out I had a cracked heat exchanger and the furnace had to be replaced. They replaced at the same day in a very timely manner.
