Had to get a new AC system installed and old ducts replaced. They were the best of all the quotes we received. They were fast, clean and efficient in their work. Their service afterwards has been fabulous as well. Their techs are always pleasant, fast and communicate well what they're doing.

As usual, the technician did a thorough job, conducting the annual A/C maintenance. There was an issue where the condenser was not going on, and although he could not find the problem immediately, he persevered, checking all connections until he finally resolved the issue.
Jimmy from Reiner Group came on time, was completely professional, and let me know every step of the way what he was doing and why. He even cleaned the outside units which were covered in a bit of tree gunk from a nearby pine tree. I was really impressed.
