Furnace replaced. Crew arrived on time and worked diligently. Finished installation by 1:30 p.m. Moved back furniture that was initially shifted to gain access to basement. Great job by all. And they endured my dog's constant barking without complaint.

This company is fantastic! They replaced our central air system and installed an additional unit in our basement. They…

Overall, Reiner is professional and responsive, ready and willing to address customer’s needs. This was my first time dealing with Reiner, and their service was excellent, from the administrative staff to the technician who came to my home. As for the tech, a shout out to Rich McCrea. He performed a thorough AC…
The service man was very polite and efficient in testing the A/C unit outside, the air handler inside and the 3 zone cooling.
During annual a/c maintenance a problem was identified. The response was immediate. Rich Sellito assessed the situation and proposed a reasonable solution and sent a proposal. He coordinated and expedited the replacement of the unit ASAP. He personally followed up on each stage. He was awesome!
I find the employees, like Noel M., are always friendly, polite & very professional. Highly recommend Reiner for serving or purchasing your units.
I really liked that a person answers the phone when I called. They were professional and courteous, and scheduled me in quickly because my system was not operating properly. I first worked with Rich Sellitto of Reiner in 2019 after a poor experience with a competitor. I was extremely glad that I found Rich and Reiner. In 2019, Reiner installed a new HVAC system (and has maintained it since) in my home in Bergen County, NJ. The home had an outdated central A/C system that predated my…

christian sain was one of the best tech representatives that has serviced my account since '79 when i first contracted my annual maintenance . he was thorough in his professional appearance as well as the performance of his knowledge and ability to do an outstanding job.
Had to get a new AC system installed and old ducts replaced. They were the best of all the quotes we received. They were fast, clean and efficient in their work. Their service afterwards has been fabulous as well. Their techs are always pleasant, fast and communicate well what they're doing.
We used The Reiner Group for our ductless heating/AC unit. Liked the way company worked. Customer service very good. Doing gas conversion, thought of Reiner first.
Thank you, Hazim, for a job well done.
Always pleased with the Reiner group service techs. They go above and beyond.
As usual, the technician did a thorough job, conducting the annual A/C maintenance. There was an issue where the condenser was not going on, and although he could not find the problem immediately, he persevered, checking all connections until he finally resolved the issue.
Jimmy from Reiner Group came on time, was completely professional, and let me know every step of the way what he was doing and why. He even cleaned the outside units which were covered in a bit of tree gunk from a nearby pine tree. I was really impressed.
Very professional. Thank you.
Tareq A. was on time and completed servicing 2 A/C units on a timely basis. While working on the units in the attic, he noticed sunlight shining through a hole in the roof and advised me of this problem. If this hole was not brought to my attention, the water damage would have been extensive. Good job Tareq !!
We have been using Reiner for years and for the most part happy with the service they provide but honestly it usually comes down to the technician and we've had our share of just ok techs. Today visit dealt with an alert code on our AC panel. The tech, Ken O was punctual, professional and just all around…
He came on time and did what he was supposed to do.
Excellent technician
Very professional and courteous service technicians.
We are long-term very satisfied customers (over 20 years). Ken O., Devin, Darren and Tae K. are extremely knowledgeable, efficient, friendly, and courteous technicians. Thanks, Ken O., Devin, Darren, and Tae K.!
Tariq came in the window of time that had been scheduled; he is an efficient and friendly young worker. He explained fully the results of the inspection and advised that I would receive email confirmation of it. Every year Reiner does/has done seasonal inspection of my heating/ac and I would never switch to another company.
Reiner Group does a great job. Very professional and courteous. Besides doing regular maintenance on our heating and AC, they also installed a generator recently.
Noel is competent, professional and friendly. Worked efficiently. No nonsense; very nice guy who gets the jump done.
Reiner technician Tareq A arrived as scheduled, preformed the necessary maintenance efficiently, and answered a question I had. He's a fine representative for the Reiner Group. Thank you. Ron O.
