The technician was courteous, knew what he was doing, thorough and respectful. All my experiences with Reiner techs have been very good.
Mike C. was here today and I was wearing a mask when he came to the door. He immediately asked if I wanted him to wear one as well which I found very considerate. He obviously worked diligently because he was here about an hour and replaced one part, (darned if I remember what) and it was put on my credit card.
Excellent response and service by their technicians...
Boris was great! He answered all of my questions and explained everything that needed to be done.

This was our first time using Reiner and overall very happy. They were communicative, our technician Boris was friendly and knowledgeable, and did a great job explaining the issues with our system and what next steps could look like. Very satisfied.

I was very happy with the service and installation of a HVAC fan motor provided by Christian from start to finish.. I was glad that the diagnostic as well as the repair was done by the same service technician. He took the time to explain things and my AC is working great.
The team did an excellent job in restoring the AC system

In 1991, our entire heating and cooling systems were replaced by a company that eventually became part of the Reiner Group. Ten years ago, we called upon them for a condenser replacement and they have just completed the replacement of the older condenser, replete with updated venting etc. Without question, this is…
We have used Reiner for years.....since we bought our house. Nothing but top notch service, and the technicians that come to the house are always top notch! I ONLY recommend Reiner. Our service this year was performed by Mike, who has been here before and always does a great job. You will never regret using Reiner!!!
Working with Reiner Group has been a positive experience from the first phone call where I spoke to Kim to arrange to have my AC unit updated. Kim was friendly, polite and professional.
