The Reiner Tech arrived on time. He went about the the HVAC servicing in a professional, competent, and friendly manner. The HVAC components inside and outside were checked, serviced and cleaned. Bottom line the service was excellent.
Sam was on time, friendly, courteous; as was Jesus (sp) who was with him as quality control. Both were through, as all of my Reiner techs are. Noted repair needed on main system and quoted price. Also arranged for appointment go a quote on replacement system as present is 13 years old. Will decide course of action upon review of cost of new system.

Yes, I use Reiner Group for my Hearing and AC servicing. On Friday Boris and his associate serviced my AC as part or my servicing contract. They were on time as scheduled, and were professional, and provided the required servicing, while providing me with an oral summary of the findings.
