Paul A. at the Reiner Group is one of the most caring and understanding humans I've ever encountered. My elderly mother, who lives alone, needed a new boiler quickly. Paul realized the urgency, and proceeded to make the entire process as fast, stress-free, and stream-lined as possible. The amount of compassion he…
I have the maintenance plan for a few years now, and the technicians have all been great. Had to have the furnace replaced. My initial contact and subsequent service techs were professional and careful in removing and then installing the furnace. Outstanding job, thank you!
You know you are working with professionals when they leave and it looks like they weren’t even there! We had our furnace replaced the team was here all day and just left and the only way you can tell is by looking at the new furnace. No mess on the floor nothing to clean up. The team busted their butts all day up…

The professionalism and courtesy of the Reiner team that helped us was great! They turned a bad situation (no AC, above 90 degrees), and completed our job in a very timely manner.
I would recommend Reiner Group. Everyone during installation was knowledgeable and friendly. Everything went smoothly. The system works wonderfully. The only comment I have is the plumber had to come back the next day. We had no idea when they were coming. Later in the afternoon as we were leaving, they arrived. A…

Our experience with our Reiner heat pump installation was really outstanding. We have had a lot of contractors working in our house recently and these were among the best. Reiner Group Inc. - From start to finish, the entire process was “white glove” service. The process began with a visit after having one companies estimate for a high efficiency unit already. I then chose Reiner Group Inc, Heating /Air Conditioning EST. 1934 based on reviews I saw from prior clientele. My salesman…
Peter, Chris, Anthony, Shane, Connor and Esteban did a great job advising, explaining, measuring and replacing our old furnace and AC.
Excellent service! I’m really impressed! The 3 guys who came to give me a new heater and A/C unit were excellent workers and nice. Ken is such a great guy! He really cares.

Rene serviced our unit today and was excellent. Highly recommend! Reiner has always had great professionals
Over the years we have had 6 furnace/air handlers installed / replaced by Reiner. Not the cheapest and limited hours for routine visits ( no nights or weekends which is hard cause we both work) but always professional and reliable and they stand behind their work. At the end of the day cheaper to invest up front for…
