I have the maintenance plan for a few years now, and the technicians have all been great. Had to have the furnace replaced. My initial contact and subsequent service techs were professional and careful in removing and then installing the furnace. Outstanding job, thank you!

Mike was kind, curtious, and left every area clean. This was a maintenance service which I bought when the furnace was installed, therefore I did not have to pay for this visit. One of the radiators valves have to be replaced, that cost $70. I would definitely recommend Mike others. Thank you

I’ve been a loyal customer of Reiner for over 20 years. They installed a complete furnace/air conditioning system shortly after I bought my townhouse & Ive had a maintenance contract on both systems since Reiner installed them. I’ve paid only customary charges over & above the yearly maintenance.
