Boris is the best
I have used Reiner for over 40 years and have always been satisfied with their service. Their staff have been uniformly courteous and knowledgeable. Noel, who was the gentleman who serviced my heating system found a potential area that could leak and fixed it expeditiously.
I have had a maintenance agreement for 22 years with Reiner. Time to replace AC unit. All the employees are professional. The AC employees today were wonderful. I live in a area were all the homes were built the same year. The AC units are the end of lives. My neighbors wait two weeks for replacements. Not…
Service tech fixed everything.
Very cooperative courteous and efficient
Reiner has done all the HVAC in my home since I purchased almost a decade ago. The prices have always been fair for the labor, parts and the quality of the work is excellent. They put in all new central air, ductless split A/C for the basement and a new boiler in that time as the home needed some TLC back then. They…
Two knowledgeable techs. Very courteous. Happy they got me up and running.
Michael and his great team were very professional and respectful. They have exerted so much attention, skills, and effort to address the project as well as the existing problem that would have created a worst problem if not for their awareness and expertise. Michael and his team are big assets in your company and…
The technician was professional and reliable.
Noel and Sam were great! Extremely informative and knowledgeable. Kept me in the loop through the process and communicated everything clearly

We have used Reiner for years.....since we bought our house. Nothing but top notch service, and the technicians that come to the house are always top notch! I ONLY recommend Reiner. Our service this year was performed by Mike, who has been here before and always does a great job. You will never regret using Reiner!!!
Both technicians did a fine job.
He was amazing and extremely patient with the level of service the boiler needed.
Great technician Amir. Knowledgeable about system fixed issue correctly.

I did not have heat. I called Reiner and the technicians came within an hour. They identified the problem, fixed it and then tested to make sure the system was operational. Professional. Courteous. I am glad I purchased the service contract.

Noell M & Sam C arrived in the scheduled window and diagnosed the problem. They explained that I needed a new transformer. They had one on the truck and quoted me a fee. They did the repair work and then tested the system. The heat was working once again. They could not have been nicer and got the work done…
Great professional service
Great experience!
It was a pleasure working w/ Michael. True professional and explained our system so a homeowner understands. Been working with Reiner for over 20 years. Thank you.
Over the years we have had 6 furnace/air handlers installed / replaced by Reiner. Not the cheapest and limited hours for routine visits ( no nights or weekends which is hard cause we both work) but always professional and reliable and they stand behind their work. At the end of the day cheaper to invest up front for…
As a long time customer, I highly recommend using Reiner. I recently replaced an old furnace and the Reiner engineer did a great job. Gave me advice on which system would be the best replacement, and helped me figure out the best way to pay for it. Jose and Roy arrived to do the install right on time and were very…

We have been using Reiner group for over 50yrears at our home and business. There pricing is in line with their competitors, but there response time and service is second to none. I believe them to be the best at their craft. I would highly recommend them to do any heating and air conditioning you need, home or office.

Great Professional Service, we use Reiner Group on our commercial building and our home. I would recommend them to you.
I've used Reiner twice now, for a full boiler replacement and now air handler replacement. Reiner was very quick to schedule a maintenance visit and upon identifying the issue very quick to recommend both a repair and replacement solution. They were on time, knowledgable, and very hard working on site. The crew was…
Furnace replaced. Crew arrived on time and worked diligently. Finished installation by 1:30 p.m. Moved back furniture that was initially shifted to gain access to basement. Great job by all. And they endured my dog's constant barking without complaint.
Excellent. Quick diagnosis and fix.
Mike has always been prompt and efficient, he showed up within hours of my call and addressed the issue. Extremely happy with his services and his work keeps my family comfortable in our home
Mike C. came to do our winter check up yesterday. He's been to our home before and as in the past, his work and attention to detail is exceptional. He performed the check up of our system, provided me with clear information on it and took great care to be super neat and clean. Mike is one of the reasons why we…

Woke up this morning to no heat on the entire first floor. Boris found and fixed the problem (a shorted wire). Very grateful for the prompt and effective service on this cold January day. He was also very nice and great with my dog!
Very nice
Rich Sellitto with the Reiner HVAC team provided prompt, professional and friendly service in scoping and installing my new HVAC system. Would highly recommend his services.
Have maintained our system for years with no problems. Unfortunately today they knocked a connection loose and left the system nonfunctional. A technician returned promptly to repair it. So all is well.

The technicians did a great job! Polite pleasant and very clean when finished.
Efficient and respectful replacement of a 60 year old system. They were on time and did a great job as expected. We also had an HVAC system replacement over the winter - equally reliable. Experts in the field for sure!
The service team that comes to the site are great at their job, very professional and extremely clean when performing work at our site. Ken, Zackey, and Alex.
Be careful to give your credit card to Reiner. They charge my credit card twice for the same service and reject my request to return money. Service was not good.
Heating systems fail when you need them and finding a responsive and reliable contractor isn't the easiest when you're up against the weather. However, recently we called Reiner Group to replace a radiator which was leaking in our kitchen. From the estimate to the scheduling the entire process was fluid and transparent.
Rich evaluated the problem with Jimmy the service man and quickly prepared the work order He made sure that he had everything he needed and processed it all before leaving our home.
