Paul realized the urgency, and proceeded to make the entire process as fast, stress-free, and stream-lined as possible. The amount of compassion he…
I have the maintenance plan for a few years now, and the technicians have all been great. Had to have the furnace replaced. My initial contact and subsequent service techs were professional and careful in removing and then installing the furnace. Outstanding job, thank you!

As a long time customer, I highly recommend using Reiner. I recently replaced an old furnace and the Reiner engineer did a great job. I have used Reiner Group for years, and have only good things to say about them! They have installed my first furnace, when we changed from oil to gas, our central air conditioning, and now this new furnace. They are thorough, neat, courteous, you couldn't ask for better! Thank you Rich Sellitto, Brett, Ivan, and…
This was for the conversion of my furnace from oil to gas and the installation of a heat pump. Reiner was clear in their estimate and about the things that needed to happen before they could start. December 2022: This whole process was a delight. They called and set up a time for the salesman, Pete Ten Kate, to come evaluate what needs replacing and began getting estimates. We moved into a previously foreclosed home that we learned early on was built largely by the previous owners friends, and rarely, if ever,…
