Google reviewers rate Renew Head Spa 4.9 out of 5 based on 393 reviews, with the owner not responding to any feedback. Customers frequently describe the facility as clean and relaxing, highlighting thorough scalp treatments, friendly staff, and complimentary amenities like tea and chocolate. While many praise the effective hair cleaning and massage services, some lower-rated comments note that additional add-on services, such as blowouts, can feel rushed or lack sufficient attention to detail compared to the core head spa experience.

Holy crap, what have I been doing with my life the past two years that I walked passed this place but never knew this was a head massage place!? I felt like a million bucks after and WOW my hair turned out gorgeous after the massage. Thank you!
This was my first Headspa experience and I had a WONDERFUL time! The service was well beyond my expectations. I was so relaxed, my hair is the cleanest it’s ever felt, and I will absolutely be a repeat customer :) Highly recommend if you’re debating trying out Renew, do it!

It was absolutely wonderful! Lonny was my therapist and it was perfect. My mom and I came for a head to toe treatment while she was in town and it was the best relaxing day we could have had. Definitely recommend!

This is becoming my yearly birthday present to myself, and it’s the best way to treat yourself!! The facility is very nice, well kept, and I felt like I had good privacy during my session. All staff members are so sweet and kind. I got the Head to Toe massage and head spa experience, and was taken care of by Intan. She is the most attentive and skilled massage therapist I’ve had the pleasure of being worked on by. Each area of your body receives care and you can specify which areas need extra love, or if you have spots that should be avoided. The head spa is the most soothing part to me, Intan is fantastic at gently stimulating the scalp and cleansing your hair. The experience is finished by looking closely at your clean scalp, a blowdry, and complimentary tea and a sweet. I’m so happy with my experience and can’t wait to continue this birthday treat for myself in the years to come. Thank you Intan and Renew Team!💜

I have come to renew head spa 3 times now - twice for a head spa with Ratna and today for a full body massage with Vera. Each time has been spectacular! I’ve never had a better massage than each time at Renew. At the end of the treatment they give you chocolates and tea. It’s the perfect sweet treat to end your session. 5/5 stars
