I was happy about the updates they gave me about the time my doors would arrive. The customer service is great! Fernando was prompt and remembered to call me before they arrived. Product quality is good and should be at 5k for 6ft patio slider. Paid nonrefundable 1/2 up front. Waited 8 months for installation. Generally unresponsive. Had me over a barrel and knew it. Thank God it was only 1 door. Will not use again.
