The officers Gerard have been an outstanding asset during their tenure at Canopy Pointe in Wilmington NC. Their professional attitudes and dedication to duty is exemplary. As a tenant here at Canopy Pointe I personally have never felt as safe as I have since they have been here .

Last night I pulled into a parking lot of a hotel when my gps stopped working. An officer by the name Gerard asked if I needed assistance. She kindly looked it over and was actually able to get it working. Apparently I'm not as tech savy as I thought I was. Thanks to this nice lady, I was able to get home safely.…

This is my first time dealing with this security company. Just want to give a shout-out to whoever is training their officers, especially those who go above and beyond like this lady did for me.

DONT USE THIS COMPANY! Was in a bind and needed two armed security guys for an event at triangle town center a week after the shooting. We were quoted for two armed guards and came to an agreement. To my surprise, on the day of the event, two guards came and they were unarmed. I told them to reach out to their sergeant and see if they could send an armed guard and they didn’t have any one available. Anyways once they arrived I told them all they needed to do was be separate and walk the floor. Of course they did not do that and were seen constantly talking to each other. Day two comes and now we have one armed guard and another non armed guard. They said the sergeant was coming and I could talk to him later in the day. Sergeant came and we discussed and he told me he would let the office know. After the weekend the invoice comes with no other talks about sending unarmed guards. I email back saying we didn’t get armed guards and after back and forth emails/calls they finally give a small discount. They could have just said they weren’t going to get armed guards and that the rate would be different and everything would have been fine. The lack of communication is ridiculous.

BEST AROUND. No need to look further. This is the most prepared and professional group I've seen. From armed/unarmed security needs to Emergency and Disaster Response. They even have a private investigations team too.
