We had severe water damage due to flooding in our below-grade floors during the recent heavy rains. We did some research and found that Restoration 1 of Cary came highly recommended. They were very professional, friendly, and easy to work with. They knew we had limited budget and worked with us to come up with the…
Water in the lower level during all of this rain. Brendon, Brandon, Terry and Austin did a wonderful job. Thanks,
Josh came out late evening and provided excellent service!!! I definitely recommend Restoration 1
Terry did a great job explaining the process to my wife & I. He & Connor were professional and also easy to talk with. I appreciated the flow of their work & how clean the job looks when it’s all said & done
Brendan from Restoration 1 was a gem to work with! He was kind, professional, on time and even great with my kids looking over him while he worked. We got the answers we needed and will definitely be recommending their services to others including my own workplace!
This company, Restoration 1 is the kind of company that you need when you’re going through problems with your home. Not only did they do a fantastic job remediating my crawl space, due to a failed sump pump & water flooding it, they helped me handle all the problems with my insurance company. Carrie & Josh, both…
We couldn’t be happier with the professional service we received. Every employee who walked through our door was always polite and considerate in all inter action. We were very grateful for their safety protocols as well! On the last day, we were amazing to see one of the young men shoveling our three car drive…

Restoration 1 came the day we called and took the time to answer all of our questions. The staff that came to remove anything that was damaged from the water were very…

Except, when you post on Facebook that you are under siege, people like Christine from Restoration1 reach out and say "Don't panic, We'll…
Super helpful and friendly staff! They are super organized, and offer very fair pricing for the quality of the service.
I have to say 1st class Profesional services from everyone I dealt with in this company. I called Christine Ditzler and within hours I had someone at my home evaluation the situation. Carrie was very helpful on explaining the steps going forward. Nathan came and was very knowledgeable in what he was doing.…
