Todd Bantz the general contractor, for Ridgeline was professional, efficient, answered all my questions in a timely matter. He went above and beyond to make sure I was completely satisfied throughout the process. The owner of the company came to my house to make sure I was completely satisfied. The entire crew who worked on the project were polite, cleaned everything up before they left and worked diligently throughout the project. They worked within the budget from my insurance company. I would highly recommend Ridgeline general contractors.

Well, first off, let me just tell you I’ve been in the customer service world for almost two decades and without a doubt; Ridgeline is TOP tier. They are not only easy to work with, but a delight to work with! Todd was so understanding and thorough on explanations. I knew at every step what was to come and they were even able to get it taken care of faster than expected! My roof is absolutely gorgeous and I couldn’t recommend them more highly!
Awesome experience with Ridgeline. I have used them twice. First for a rook repair (they came in almost half the price I was quoted by others) for this. We had Ridgeline do some Chimney repair on our house and we were very happy with the end results. The communication with the project lead was great and they got the job done in a timely manner. We will definitely use them again for any general contracting work that needs to be done around the house and would recommend them in a heartbeat to anyone else.

After reviewing what occurred we do not believe the situation was accurately represented in this review. our employee was operating the vehicle appropriately, and the circumstances leading to the incident were not the result of unsafe driving on our employees part. We understand that situations on the road can be frustrating, but we also want to be fair to our employees and make sure the facts are represented accurately we remain committed to safe, courteous, driving and providing our customers and the community with the highest level of professionalism
