Tried Carol's Rise and Restore class with my wife and must say it was a great experience. My body was in need of some stretching and this was a perfect way to do that. One big benefit was my sleep that night. I monitor my sleep every night and my REM that night was better and more consistent than any other day that week.

Where do I even begin?! Rise Aerial has honestly become one of my favorite places, and I can’t say enough good things about it!
Every time I come here, I leave happier than when I walked in. It’s not just about the classes or trying something new, it’s the people, the laughter, the encouragement, and how comfortable everyone makes you feel.
I love that I can walk in, forget about everything else for a little while, have fun, and just enjoy being in the moment. There’s never any pressure to be perfect, just people cheering each other on and having a good time.
And I think that’s what makes this place so special. You can tell how much heart goes into it, and that makes all the difference.Rise has truly become my happy place, and I’m so grateful I found it. I’m so grateful that I discovered Rise Aerial Yoga and Fitness this summer! It has became a space where I can challenge myself, let go, and have fun in the most supportive and empowering environment. The environment that Yvette has created at the studio has truly become my second home over the past few months. I love taking every class from the variety of aerial classes to Pilates, and finding my strength both in the silks and on the mat. I always leave class excited to come back for the next. The best ending to any class is the cold refreshing lavender scented towels. I’m so grateful to have found the studio and the wonderful community that comes with it and can’t recommend it enough.

I had the most amazing experience in Ashley’s aerial yoga class! I have never felt more welcomed, comfortable, and at peace in a class. The pace was absolutely perfect, and the small, personal setting made the experience feel so special and intentional.
The stretches left my shoulders and back feeling incredible, I walked out feeling lighter, relaxed, and rejuvenated. I also had the pleasure of meeting Yvette, and she was an absolute joy. Ashley and Yvette are both such kind, calming, and peaceful souls, and you can truly feel the positive energy they bring into the space.
