2022 - Lisa Kalloch was a tremendous help in selling my home - we were under contract within 48 hours of listing. She updated me the entire time and always got back to me in a timely manner. Very friendly and helpful! Made the whole experience go very smoothly. *Update 2026* A few days ago marked our one year anniversary in our beautiful house that Lisa helped us buy. We started looking in 2023 and the market was insane. We made a few offers but they fell through for one reason or another. Lisa set up countless showings for us. It took us a little over a year to finally close (our fault) and Lisa was so incredibly patient with us the entire time. She never once made us feel pressured or like we were being too picky or taking too long. She was extremely knowledgeable, not just about the buying process but about the homes themselves - often offering very helpful advice regarding structural issues or home maintenance. She stayed in constant contact with us and was never out of reach. On our one year, she reached out to us to say happy anniversary and check in on us. She is so kind, professional, and helpful. I would highly recommend Lisa to anyone but especially first time homebuyers or anyone that wants to work with someone experienced that can offer guidance and a ton of support.
