Like other new clients at RLH tax service, I was referred by my long time CPA who has great confidence in Robin and her staff. My wife and I have been more than pleased with the professionalism and timeliness of their service and they are always ready with any questions we have. Personal visits are encouraged to answer any questions and review stats before filing and the reports are received in a most timely manner along with advice on such things as estimates for the following year. If a 5 star rating is the highest, I would reward that without question. Dr. Jim Flynn

My first conversation with Robin was all the good. My second conversation, after a payment was receive revieled another side of her that is rude, arrogant, unprofessional. After an initial conversation where she listened to problems I had with two other firms she said she could help me. She stated her fees are not as his as the others and "I wish people would write negative reviews about ******* so the public would know" how bad the company is. During the next conversation I realized she had unofficially dismissed me as a client. During that conversation and said she could likely save me $12.00 in fees with the IRS. Her fees after the initial 1500.00 were to be 8000 ish dollars which makes her untrustworthy because she initially said her fees are not near as high as other firms charge. However, that is higher than the other two firms discussed. If she could have actually helped with the IRS it may have been worth her fees but who pays $9500.00 to save $12.00. She is just unprofessional and deceiving. It is unacceptable to take on a client, take their initial payment and then drop them without a conversation for clarity and understanding.

Let's start off by saying that even one star for RLH Tax Services is an absolute joke!!! So if you want to pay a tax service literally thousands of your hard earned money with no actual service of any kind in return then this is definitely place for you. If not, then I highly suggest you go literally anywhere else for your tax needs. Very unresponsive and hardly ever in their office during the regular hours posted. If you have used "Robin"/ RLH Tax Services in the past I highly suggest you have another CPA look over your tax file to insure you weren't defrauded as we were. AGAIN, PAID THOUSANDS FOR NO SERVICES RENDERED !!! ROBIN / RLH TAX SERVICE = THIEF 0 out of 0 stars And judging by the dates on the reviews and the way that they are organized it is clear that they pay Google for the service that puts good reviews first, so that their new customers, oops I mean victims won't see the bad reviews.

If I could give this place a 0 stars I would. I gave them my personal and business taxes. They took $1000 to file a power of attorney, never gave timelines or deadlines and because it took longer than expected to get some of my old documents back from another CPA who no longer practices. they told me they were keeping my money and I could come pick up my paperwork to give to another CPA. Avoid at all costs unless you like paying for services that you will never receive. We did speak in March 2025 but they were not hired until July 2025 so technically only one year since they were hired though the email indicates years. I went back through everything so I could get a clear picture of where things stand. When we first spoke in March 2025, we discussed that this was already a fairly complicated project involving several years of business and personal returns, payroll filings, ERC amendments, and records from multiple prior accountants. Unfortunately, it has now been almost a year and a half, and we only recently received the remaining documents needed to move forward. During that time, additional returns and filing requirements have continued to accumulate. I’m going to be honest: at this point, I don’t believe this is a good fit for our firm. The amount of time it has taken to receive the information, combined with the size of the project and our current workload, makes this something we are no longer able to take on. Email sent to us: We will not be preparing or filing your business or personal tax returns. You will need to find another tax professional as soon as possible since several filings are already delinquent. We will gather the original documents you provided and let you know when they are ready to be picked up. We will also withdraw any Powers of Attorney we currently have on file. The invoices you paid were for the Power of Attorney work and did not include tax return preparation. I’m sorry we were not able to get this worked out, but I don’t want to continue holding your information when we are not the right firm to move this forward. Robin was an absolute life saver. She communicated well start to finish and went above and beyond even after her job was technically finished. I’m so thankful for her knowledge and services. Do yourself a favor and go see her

Robin at RLH Tax Services has been exceptional to work with. From the start, she and her team have been professional, responsive, and thorough. They use TaxDome, an intuitive and user-friendly platform that makes document uploads, task tracking, and communication seamless. I especially appreciate the ability to sign returns and submit payments electronically--it makes the entire process efficient and stress-free. Although they have a beautiful and conveniently located office in OKC, the digital workflow is so streamlined that everything can be handled with ease online. After our previous CPA retired, finding Robin and her team was a huge relief. We couldn't be happier with the service--they are truly fantastic.

Definitely recommend Robin and her team for filling your taxes. We had a somewhat complicated case that required an ITIN with self-employed taxes. Robin guided us through the entire process even when our submission was delayed due to a mistake by the IRS. She will do whatever it takes until the final service is delivered. Also, the online portal is also great since it allows us to easily upload and share any documents on the fly!
