If I could give this company -5 stars, I would. The service was so poor, we questioned if the techs were legitimate.Promised same-week installation but delayed it by 5 weeks.Tech arrived late and at the wrong address 5 doors down.Left a sloppy work area with rails propped against wooden walls.Abandoned the job halfway through with no face-to-face notice. No call was initiated from the company to us to explain how the appointment would be completed After we left several voicemails, we finally got a return phone call approximately 20 minutes later from a technician who was en route and suggested to me to just leave even though the raw materials were completely exposed on the floor of my garage with 1/4 of the garage panels missing anybody could jump into my garage and take the materials. When a representative from the company finally called we were simply offered only a generic apology. Upon the second tech, arriving here he had to climb through a panel gap on a ladder and lied about identify material stickers as Iquestionef the gauge of steel for the garage door that we received. He lacked proper equipment and left the job incomplete hours later. Left the door inoperable so it would not close automatically.All this trouble over 6 hours on top a 5 week delay when, in actuality, we only needed one panel replaced and potentially some rails. In summary, working with this company was an absolute disaster. On top of it all this door from Disgn Links had fabrication material drippings globed on. Sloppy from misleading beginnings to incomplete poor quality finish!

We’re sorry for the frustration this situation caused and appreciate the opportunity to clarify what occurred.
The appointment was scheduled using one contact number. When our technician arrived within the agreed time window, they called that number and left a voicemail, but did not receive a response. We were later contacted from a different phone number after the appointment window had already passed. Unfortunately, by that point, the technician was already committed to other scheduled calls and could not return.
We understand how disappointing missed connections can be, and we always aim to provide timely, reliable service. Clear communication is essential for successful appointments, and we regret that this breakdown led to an unsatisfactory experience.
