Our job was large and difficult. The crew from Robinson Custom Cleaning did a fabulous job. We could not be happier.
The team were friendly and worked quickly. I definitely think my couches are better than before but pricey.
I used Robinson Custom Cleaning for the 3rd time in 5 years. Always excellent customer service. They promise what they deliver and are so courteous. My teens spilled coffee and soda on a light Pottery Barn couch and Robinson made the couch look and smell like new. They also cleaned two chairs that my cats peed on…
Wonderful service! We have been using them for years and continue to be extremely happy with the work they do in our home. Carpets, runners, area rugs, and dryer vents. They are our go-to and always reliable, polite, and overall great!
Extraordinary service at fraction of the competitors’ estimates.
Jacob and Mikey were on time, friendly, and really knowledgeable when it came to helping me decide what services would be best to treat a rug with serious pet damage. I'll absolutely go back to Robinson with all future carpet/rug cleaning needs!
Would definitely recommend Robinson carpet cleaning! Our carpets look great, they were quick and the crew was very friendly and helpful! Will be using them again.
Robinson did a fantastic job!!! They guys are great and they take extra care with your carpet.
Quick, professional and honest.
Outstanding customer service, professionalism, and quality of work. Highly recommend - and we will be returning customers.
Robinson Custom Cleaning exceeded every expectation. I trusted them with my white sofa—a true luxury piece—and was honestly a bit nervous having it cleaned for the first time. The results were incredible. It looks and feels brand new, as does my linen tufted headboard. Even my wool carpet, which has a very high-end…
Professional Experience beginning to end. Great job on the carpet! Looks great!
Great experience from scheduling to job completion. Fit us into their schedule same day. Miguel was very courteous and went above and beyond. Loved we were able to support a local family business. Highly recommend!
Miguel and Jaime were amazing!! So knowledgeable, friendly and helpful!!! We use them every year and our couch and rugs always look amazing!!! Our dogs love them too
Great team , do great work. Would highly recommend. Thank you Robinson Custom Cleaning. Definitely will be using this company again
Jacob and his team at RCC did a fantastic job for me. The customer service was amazing and timely. I will be using them again for sure!
Always quick and thorough. Have fixed pet various pet stains. Saved the house from a flood. Amazing service
Robinson Custom Cleaning absolutely nailed the cleaning of my parents carpets and couches. My parents had a white couch with stains from my children. The cleaners were able to get the stains out!!! They were soooo professional and punctual. Would highly recommend!!
Robinson Custom Cleaning did an OUTSTANDING job cleaning and saving my carpet! I had some pet stains in areas that I honestly thought was going to require replacing my floor - but Miguel and Jaime were on time, with a game plan in hand and gave extra attention to the problem areas. My carpet looks new and smells…
Robinson Custom Cleaning absolutely exceeded my expectations! My carpets look incredible—fresh, bright, and professionally detailed. The difference is stunning, and you can see the quality in every room and staircase they touched. From scheduling to service, they were truly a pleasure to work with. Every…
Can't say enough good things! Super easy booking process. Excellent customer service & work. We had our carpet & sofa cleaned - will definitely be using them again!
The entire staff at Robinson Custom Cleaning was very nice, informative and helpful. It was a relief to have such amazing customer service and they did a great job, I would highly recommend them!
I would HIGHLY recommend Robinson Custom Cleaning. They cleaned our carpets, stairs, some unique rugs and the dryer vent and did a very thorough job, were professional and very friendly. We had pet stains and odors, a velvet chase lounge and a shaggy carpet that now looks as good as new. It was easy to schedule…
Had a great experience with Robinson Custom Cleaning last week. Miguel and Jaime were super friendly and professional. It was enjoyable to chat with them and they also explained the process of what they were going to do and why. I highly recommend working with this company for your cleaning needs!
Be careful for bait and switch. I was quoted a price of approximately $300. The cleaners tried to charge me over $700. We finally settled on $525. I'm a little suspect of all these high ratings to be honest. The cleaning was fine but I'll never trust them again.
We have Robinson’s Custom Cleaning back time and time again and they do a great job every time. Wouldn’t use anyone else.
The Robinson's have cleaned my house for many years and they do an excellent, and professional job. They recently cleaned the carpets, two sectional couches and my slate floors - it was a huge project and was done extremely well. I highly recommend this company.
Prompt. Polite. Efficient. Knowledgeable. They did a great job making our 20 year old light carpet look wonderful.
Miguel was prompt and very friendly. Something that I highly value is great customer service and he exceeded that! Not to mention the work he did speaks for itself. I have two stains that I knew were not going to come out and even with me telling him that he still put in the effort to get them out instead of…
WAY overpriced! Quoted $430 for a master bedroom (mostly covered by bed that wouldn't be moved), small kids room, 14 stairs and two small landings. Stated it would likely take 2 people 2 hours...so that is $107.50/person/hour. I am a nurse with a Master's degree and I don't make 1/2 of that. You have got to be…
Very good results
Jacob was incredible. Educated us on how to best care for our carpets in the future and did an amazing job cleaning and getting the pet hair and stains out of our carpet. He’s also a very patient and sweet human.
The team showed up right on time and I thought I was only getting an estimate, but once they agreed - they cleaned the carpets right then. Great service and great work!!
Excellent service, very thorough, kind and job well done. I would highly recommend!
Robinson was great! Miguel and team were super nice, professional, on time, did a great job and helped me maximize my dollar.
Excellent people and good job done. Highly recommend them.
i have had 3 small items needing upholstery cleaning and they let me drop off and pick up a week later — all clean of pet stains!
They were really profesional and quick. They were able to accommodate our last minute request and left the carpet like brand new. Communication was super easy and friendly. Highly recommend them!
We had our basement carpets cleaned in our new home prior to moving in since the previous owners had a cat. Miguel with Robinson Custom Cleaning did a fantastic job! Even though it was just the basement, the entire house smelled so clean and fresh when he was finished. He was super friendly, on time, and he finished…
My first time using Robinson Custom Cleaning and they did not disappoint. They were prompt in responding to calls and emails. Jason did an outstanding job cleaning my couch cushions after my cat managed to get into some motor oil and proceeded to jump onto my couch. Overall, great experience.
Professionals and informative. Carpets are like brand new. Easy and on time. Thanks!!
We just moved in to a new house, and the cat damage to the stairs to the downstairs carpet was absolutely nauseating to say the least. This gentleman came in, super professional, super kind. Let us know everything he was doing before he did it. And left and kept us guided on how to proceed in the following few days.…
Miguel did and amazing job with an older carpet to get it clean! We were initially thinking about replacing it but with his quality of work…we can keep it for a few more years. The whole process from scheduling to finish was seamless. Miguel was very polite, hard working and did an amazing job…don’t lose this guy!!! Thanks Robinson Cleaning!
Robinson was very easy to work with. Showed up on time. Fast and efficient. Highly recommended.
My experience with Robinson Carpet Cleaning has always been positive . I would describe this company as providing the Gold Standard of carpet cleaning . Always a wonderful outcome with professionals who want to provide the best service !!
Wonderful service! Very friendly and responsive. Will definitely use again.
We appreciated their communication and ability to get us an appointment in an urgent matter.
Each time Robinson Custom Cleaning does my carpets, I am amazed at how wonderful everything looks when they leave...I really like working with a family-owned business and they always exceed my expectations (in what they do and how they do it)! This time they even made my kitchen porcelain tiles look brand new. Thanks Robinson!
My name is Steve and I'm the Maintenance Director for Atria Senior - Westminster. Jason and the Robinson crew have been cleaning our Carpets here at Atria for the past several months...and I CAN'T SAY ENOUGH ABOUT HOW PLEASED WE ARE WITH THEIR SERVICE! We recently had them clean 22 rooms that needed "DEEP Carpet"…
Robinson is just fabulous! New Zealand wool rug looked brand new, literally, after they took the best care and cleaning of it. They are just such a lovely, professional team who knows what they are doing. I will never use anyone else!
Multiple rooms and stairs but the cleaning was done pretty quickly. There were several tough spots but they got them out pretty good! Very professional and friendly staff. Thank you, Robinson Custom Cleaning!
Not only did they show up and do a great job, with friendly service, but after I noticed a couple of spots that needed a bit of extra care, they came right back out the next day and tackled those again. Spots/stains don't always show themselves well in different light situations, so they weren't showing the first…
Very professional. Clear communication on what can be done and when services will be completed. Very satisfied
They always arrive on time and do a great job! They've cleaned our carpets for the past 5 years.
I do not normally write reviews, but in this instance, I have to give kudos to Robinson Custom Cleaning. The service that was provided to me was excellent. I needed to have my sectional cleaned because my dog thought it would be a good idea to use the sofa as his personal bathroom. Robinson Cleaning made the effort…
I am SO grateful for this amazing, family owned business. My carpets have never looked or smelled better. I have a dog who had accidents on the carpet leaving my entire house just smelling horribly, and not only did Jason completely fix it and clean it, he took a peak at the stuff we normally use to clean the messes…
These guys were great, from the moment I called to make my appointment and discuss my concerns, they were professional and responsive. Got me on the calendar quickly and were on time and completed the job with great results. Above and beyond! Ill be using them again!
We had an ink stain on a grey carpet and they were able to clean it up. Looks new again! I will definitely use them again.
Miguel was incredible! Wonderful communication, quick, detailed, and informative the whole process. He was able to get our rug looking new and our carpet cleaned, sanitized, and smelling better after a pet accident! I truly appreciated the ENTIRE experience.
Jason and his team are great! I use them once a year form my personal home, my rental property and highly recommend them to my Sellers prior to the sale of their homes. Thanks for always doing a great job!
Jason and his crew always do an amazing job!
Excellent service!! Will definitely hire again!!
Robinson custom cleaning did a fantastic job of cleaning my mothers carpets. They were very professional and informed me of the cost before doing the work. Jason and his assistant were very friendly and very helpful. I would highly recommend them.
Respectful, professional, stood by their commitment, worked hard, office and on-site technicians communicated well. Will use again and recommend.
Unbelievably good results.
Highly recommended. Will certainly use again and recommend to friends and neighbors. Outstanding service and a pleasure to work with. Miguel cleaned a recliner and ~1,000 ft2 of carpet. Recliner had stains on arms and headrest. Miguel took his time and worked to get all stains out. Recliner looked like new when…
Excellent service by Robinson. Jason and Team did a stellar job, yet again. In this case the carpet was very weathered (old too), and it looks, and smells, great now. Thank you.
A few days ago I called the office and the receptionist was very kind. She listened to my concerns and let me know what my options were. Miguel and Dominic arrived on time. From the moment they arrived they were respectful of my property. Miguel and I discussed my concerns thoroughly and he promised I would be very…
I have used Robinson Custom Cleaning for several years now, both at my home and also our business. Jason and his team are true professionals in their field, and the first class service they provide is well beyond what any of their competitors are trying to achieve. They are honest, fair, innovative, and very…
This place is great. Cleaned my carpet in the basement, my dog had peed somewhere and they treated it all and the smell is gone!!! They were fast, on time and moved my furniture around. All around great. They have cleaned my carpets 3 separate times and I have been happy each time. Well worth the money and using a…
Excellent job.
I am extremely satisfied with the services I received from Robinson Custom Cleaning. I am moving into an apartment downtown and I needed my carpet, shower, and concrete (in an unfinished area) cleaned. Miguel was able to run hoses from the street into my apartment, through the window. My shower looks nice and shiny,…
Miguel was wonderful!!
Jason & Miguel were prompt and professional. Jason took the time to explain some things about their process for cleaning, which I really appreciated. I appreciated his recommendations for maintaining my carpets. And boy do my carpets look so great now!! I will definitely use Robinson Custom cleaning again in the future!
We own a vacation rental and some guests recently left red stains all over our fairly new carpet. They were able to remove all the stains and the carpet looks great. They were also on time and completed the job quickly.
Very efficient, friendly and communicative.
Miguel was super easy to work with. Did a great job and walked me through the whole process. 😀This is the second time we've used them and we will do so again!
