Noticed a huge spike in my water bill. Then noticed water pooling outside in a couple areas. Stressed over what plumbing service to call and feared the worst. Timely, knowlegable.reasonable. great company! Jackson was great

We have used Roger’s Plumbing in the past and always had a great experience. Our service rep this time was Orlando. Orlando was very courteous/respectful and did the repairs quickly. He had all the needed parts on the truck and had documented pricing so we knew the pricing was the same for everyone. Highly recommend.

Jackson was very professional, informative, and thorough. He was careful not to make any messes and actually cleaned up after all his work.

Marc was awesome. He quickly and professionally assessed the situation ,explained my options in terms I could understand and gave me a quote. All work was performed within a couple of hours. I would definitely use these guys again.

I called at 7:30 a.m. with an urgent issue and they moved things around to be at my house by 9. They were very knowledgeable and explained everything in detail - which was important because it was a big job. Compared to another quote I had, their price was very fair. I would recommend them to friends and family.

Orlando does a great job every time. He explains things to me very well so I can understand. He is honest and professional. I highly recommend him. I have used Roger’s Plumbing and nothing else for 25 years. I highly recommend the company. They get back to me immediately. They send someone out right away always.

Marcus and Shane replaced a PVR in my front yard. Very professional, quick and did great work. Cost of replacement part was very high IMO, my only complaint. Before and after pics

Excellent service, finally someone who knew how to fix the problem. Thorough explanation. Wish we had found this company sooner.

Jackson was professional, honest, punctual, focused, opened to listen client’s plumbing issues. Demonstrated his deep knowledge in various plumbing aspects. Understands client-business relationship. Definitely will use this business again.

Gary installed new water softener. He was very professional, polite and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend. Other work by Roger’s has been excellent as well.

Jackson did an outstanding job to fix the leak in the outside plumbing that contains a faucet and a back flow valve that adds water to the pool. He actually built this mechanism the correct way. He was very professional. Thanks, Jackson. Maurice

The plumber provided timely and complete service and clear explanation of the issues involved

We had a water leak in the main line to the house. They were able to respond promptly within a couple hours. They did a good job of fixing the break in a timely fashion. The only issue was that, even though the line was flushed after completion, the faucet & 1 comode supply lines all were plugged. Most were an easy… Read full review

Jim with Rogers Plumbing is absolutely the best!!! We’ve been using Rogers Plumbing for several years and always superlative service, quality work and friendly, knowledgeable and just down eight good People.

Marc and Jim have done a great job at my home over the last several months as we recover from the Snowpocalypse. Timely, responsive, very helpful. Highly recommend

Technician Marcus was very professional and friendly. Explained and showed exactly what needed replacement and provided a detailed estimate of the cost. Despite the outdoor heat and difficult repair circumstances, he did a great job. We are much more than happy.

Orlando was very candid, answered all of my questions, explained everything he was doing and walked me through each step he was going to take. I appreciate a business not looking to take advantage of women! We may not be privy to the expertise but we still like to know everything that’s going to take place and the quality of the product being used.

Orlando and Eddie were amazing! Helpful and very informative of what was going on. I appreciate their work and their follow through with the repair that was needed. Highly recommend both of them. Thank you Orlando and Eddie for your hard work on a very wet and rainy day.

Everybody at Roger's plumbing is super nice, starting with Roxanne on the phone. My water softener came apart internally and put filtration beads ALL throughout the plumbing in my house. Jim and another gentleman came out and were able to get it all flushed out of the plumbing. While they were out, there were some other items that had been on my "honey-do" list for over a year and they were able… Read full review

This is the second time we've used Rogers plumbing. They always do quality work. Very professional!

We had a noise in our house that we thought might be a leak. After several different plumbers and a few thousand dollars all we were told was that it wasn’t a leak and it was on the city side. The city did a minimal investigation and said it wasn’t them. Rogers Plumbing came out a couple of times. They stuck with it… Read full review

I have used Roger's Plumbing on multiple occasions, and I don't believe they attempt to be the low-cost plumber option, but in the get-what-you-pay-for world, every plumber that has come to my house has been very professional and courteous with no unanswered questions or follow-up visits need, plus communication before and during the repair has been great.

Marcus was friendly and capable. I will call Roberts again when I need a plumber.

Marc Lamb is a true professional, knowledgeable in ALL plumbing issues. Marc goes the extra mile meeting all customer expectations. I have the greatest respect for his personal integrity.

Professional, friendly, straight forward pricing - everything you'd hope for from a Plumber! Jim & George knocked out our to-do list including low water pressure issue, ice machine install & a new bathtub install. Will absolutely recommend!

Angela was awesome. She scheduled Marc to come help us on Christmas Eve when they were fully booked. He was prompt, professional and fixed our problem ASAP. We will use them for all of our plumbing needs in the future!

Marc did a great job and went above and beyond on service. Although I know Rogers Plumbing was swamped, like all of the local plumbers following the big freeze in Austin, we felt like a priority at all times. Very pleased with their customer service and attention to our needs.

We have counted on Roger's for our plumbing issues for 20 years or more and they never let us down! We had a water heater problem yesterday and they made sure they took care of us that day. Chris has helped us several times and we are always pleased with his work! Thanks Roger's!

Chris is great. He gets the job done and always explains the problems in a way that I can understand Office staff at Rogers are pleasant and helpful.

Rogers team is great. They are professional and responsive. Very courteous when coming to the home. I've used for a variety of plumbing services over the last several years and will continue to do so.
