They always do a thorough job and detail everything that they've completed. Appointments are easy to schedule, responses are quick, and the techs are very knowledgeable. ROMEX came out today for our regularly scheduled service. Taylor Williams was very thorough and went above and beyond making sure our pests were taken care of. I have had all positive experiences with technician and services rendered since signing up last year.
Bradney was my technician and he was very nice and courteous. He was informative of the steps he was taking. He did a great job! And one plus is that he wasn't afraid of my dogs.
