Wes is the best!!! We love seeing his face on Romex days. He has NEVER given less than 110 percent. He lifts cushions on all patio furniture checking and spraying for things. He will find the source of an ant problem faster than anyone I’ve ever seen! He truly respects what he does and takes pride in his work. Wish we could have him every time!!
Taylor Williams was extremely helpful for solutions for lizards and a few other small issues. Very professional, friendly and punctual!
Taylor Williams at Romex was awesome! Super friendly, helpful, and quick with everything. Really appreciated the great customer service. Thanks, Taylor!

Brandon was very personable and helpful…I appreciate the service!!
Brandon Perez was an excellent technician. Not only did he perform a great service but took time to walk me through the treatments and follow up instructions should any issues come up again. Thanks, Brandon.
Hez, my technician today did an awesome job!!
Anthony communicated his expected ETA. He arrived and took care of my yard and the mounds of ant beds I had from all of the rain. He treated the inside of my house as well and informed me of an ant treatment service they have if I need it in the future. Very thorough. Thanks!

We've been using Romex for over 5 years to service our home and other properties and have been very satisfied with the service. They always do a thorough job and detail everything that they've completed. Appointments are easy to schedule, responses are quick, and the techs are very knowledgeable. We're very pleased with the service. Highly recommended.

Brandon did an excellent job today. He checked in before he started, and checked back in before leaving to make sure there was nothing else I wanted done.

ROMEX came out today for our regularly scheduled service. Taylor Williams was very thorough and went above and beyond making sure our pests were taken care of. I have had all positive experiences with technician and services rendered since signing up last year.
