Wes is the best!!! We love seeing his face on Romex days. He has NEVER given less than 110 percent. He lifts cushions on all patio furniture checking and spraying for things. He will find the source of an ant problem faster than anyone I’ve ever seen! He truly respects what he does and takes pride in his work. Wish we could have him every time!!
Taylor Williams was extremely helpful for solutions for lizards and a few other small issues. Very professional, friendly and punctual!

Hez, my technician today did an awesome job!!
Anthony communicated his expected ETA. He arrived and took care of my yard and the mounds of ant beds I had from all of the rain. He treated the inside of my house as well and informed me of an ant treatment service they have if I need it in the future. Very thorough. Thanks!

Always polite, knowledgeable and respectful. Michael is a five star employee. Very thorough and quick to take care of my issues. With that said ROMEX as a company goes down to four stars in my book at this point because it took two weeks to get somebody out to retreat for ants in my house, not acceptable! I will…
Friendly service person.. inspected areas in detail and applied treatment . Recommend him highly.

My Tech Brandon came out today and did a Great job!
JJ was fantastic, kind, and efficient! Thank you for always doing such a great job!
The only thing they’ve never failed to do is draft their payment immediately after the appointment. They’ve missed glaring anthills and other pests, sent techs to the wrong address, failed to redo the work on second attempts, and failed to contact me prior to arrival on multiple occasions. Save your time and money. Chose a different company.
Great service as akways

Brandon provided excellent service and very detailed his explanation of what next steps would look like.
Taylor Williams did a great job! He arrived when scheduled, gave me a good rundown of what he planned to do and then reported results. Great job! We had to put out 2 new rat traps, so this one costed a bit more than normal.
