Wes is the best!!! We love seeing his face on Romex days. He has NEVER given less than 110 percent. He lifts cushions on all patio furniture checking and spraying for things. He will find the source of an ant problem faster than anyone I’ve ever seen! He truly respects what he does and takes pride in his work. Wish we could have him every time!!
Chris Gomez was very accommodating and professional.
Enrico did a great job. Thanks for the work you did.

ROMEX came out today for our regularly scheduled service. Taylor Williams was very thorough and went above and beyond making sure our pests were taken care of. I have had all positive experiences with technician and services rendered since signing up last year.

I really appreciate Chris Gomez for going above and beyond to find where the wasps were coming from. He was able to actually find the nest and kill the nest which was not an easy task. The nest was probably about the size of a grapefruit and hidden within a chair. So thank you so much Chris for taking care of this huge problem for me.
JJ was so nice, kind, and helpful! We had a great experience!

My Tech Brandon came out today and did a Great job!
Chris Gomez completed my house inspection and did a wonderful and very thorough job today. I will be calling and requesting him to come back. He explained everything to me very well on the spiders and ants. I would recommend him to anyone! Very nice too!
The only thing they’ve never failed to do is draft their payment immediately after the appointment. They’ve missed glaring anthills and other pests, sent techs to the wrong address, failed to redo the work on second attempts, and failed to contact me prior to arrival on multiple occasions. Save your time and money. Chose a different company.
We’ve had Romex for several years and they have been great! Always thorough, courteous and reliable. Our technician Taylor Williams is the best!
