Wes is the best!!! We love seeing his face on Romex days. He has NEVER given less than 110 percent. He lifts cushions on all patio furniture checking and spraying for things. He will find the source of an ant problem faster than anyone I’ve ever seen! He truly respects what he does and takes pride in his work. Wish we could have him every time!!
Chris Gomez was very accommodating and professional.
Enrico did a great job. Thanks for the work you did.
Very kind and to the point.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5-Star Review I had a great experience with Hez from Romeo Pest Control! He was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. His attention to detail and commitment to providing excellent customer service were greatly appreciated. It's refreshing to work with someone…
ROMEX came out today for our regularly scheduled service. Taylor Williams was very thorough and went above and beyond making sure our pests were taken care of. I have had all positive experiences with technician and services rendered since signing up last year.
Bradney was my technician and he was very nice and courteous. He was informative of the steps he was taking. He did a great job! And one plus is that he wasn't afraid of my dogs.
Hez did an incredible job in explaining what was happening, how the work would be done, and how the cost breakdown works. He was polite, respectful and we look forward to working with him and Romex going forward.
Friendly service person.. inspected areas in detail and applied treatment . Recommend him highly.
Chris Gomez did a great job explaining the service and checking out our house and yard for a variety of pests. He was polite and very professional.
Brandon came out today and treat our house for ants and roaches he was so good and sweet and very thorough and answered any questions we had today he made our first visit a great experience :)
Brandon came out and did a fantastic job. Glad I’m using this company.
Brandon was very professional and took the time to explain today's process and also the steps to follow in the next few months. The outside treatment went so fast, and I'm actually excited to soon be outside, pest free.
Very fast, professional and thorough!
Great company! Taylor Williams was our technician. He was very knowledgeable about the products and provided great service as he always does! 5 stars for sure!
Taylor Williams is one of the best technician. He always saying what it's going to do and ask if we want something specific. He is friendly, communicative, very professional and knowledge of the job. 100% satisfied.
Very professional and nice. Took care of our specific concerns.
Excellent job and answered all my questions. Brendon was very professional and great.
I really appreciate Chris Gomez for going above and beyond to find where the wasps were coming from. He was able to actually find the nest and kill the nest which was not an easy task. The nest was probably about the size of a grapefruit and hidden within a chair. So thank you so much Chris for taking care of this huge problem for me.
JJ was so nice, kind, and helpful! We had a great experience!
Brandon provided excellent service. 👍🏻
Thank goodness for Taylor Williams. Our lake flies and spiders were CRAAZY! Now we can enjoy our dock, backporch and garage again! Thank you Romex!
Review for Taylor Williams - After bad experiences with other pest control services we switched back to Romex. Taylor met & exceeded our needs. Super friendly and down to earth. Definitely trust him taking care of our pest control needs.
Very thorough and friendly. Listened to things I’ve noticed that needed paying attention to. He even disposed of a dead bird he found for me.
Chase serviced us today and did an exceptional job. In Addition to spraying inside and out, he brushed the entire house, removing all the cobwebs. He also tackled our ant problem. Recommend.
Elrico did a thorough job on my house. Super kind and respectful
Taylor Williams, is an awesome Tech very professional and great work!
My Tech Brandon came out today and did a Great job!
Chris Gomez completed my house inspection and did a wonderful and very thorough job today. I will be calling and requesting him to come back. He explained everything to me very well on the spiders and ants. I would recommend him to anyone! Very nice too!
The only thing they’ve never failed to do is draft their payment immediately after the appointment. They’ve missed glaring anthills and other pests, sent techs to the wrong address, failed to redo the work on second attempts, and failed to contact me prior to arrival on multiple occasions. Save your time and money. Chose a different company.
We’ve had Romex for several years and they have been great! Always thorough, courteous and reliable. Our technician Taylor Williams is the best!
Brandon was awesome! Very thorough and made sure to inform us of what he found and made sure to get ALL the edges when spraying inside and out!!! Found 2 wasps nests and made sure to take care of them! Very polite and respectful. No complaints here!!
I’ve been using Romex pest control for years now and they always do a fantastic job! Taylor Williams always goes above and beyond making sure our home is protected.
Brandon was very thorough at explaining the process and ensured to target our problem areas outside.

Taylor Williams provided my service today. He did a great job explaining what his schedule included, offered to research a different scheduled service, and provided me with a great mosquito treatment option. Hope to see you next next month!
