Very kind and to the point.
I really appreciate Chris Gomez for going above and beyond to find where the wasps were coming from. He was able to actually find the nest and kill the nest which was not an easy task. The nest was probably about the size of a grapefruit and hidden within a chair. So thank you so much Chris for taking care of this huge problem for me.
The only thing they’ve never failed to do is draft their payment immediately after the appointment. They’ve missed glaring anthills and other pests, sent techs to the wrong address, failed to redo the work on second attempts, and failed to contact me prior to arrival on multiple occasions. Save your time and money. Chose a different company.
Taylor Williams is an amazing service rep. Always professional and kind!

Romex company - Taylor Williams has been our rep now x2 and he is one of the nicest, thorough professional csr I have had the pleasure of meeting. I highly recommend Taylor as your Romex guy. I also recommend this company for all your pest control needs including mud- dobbers which are a huge problem as we all know in TX.

I’ve had Romex for several years. TAYLOR Williams is by far one of the best technicians that I’ve seen in that company. I have appreciated his courteousness when entering the home. The service he provides. He always goes above and beyond if I need anything. Calls ahead, and arrives in a timely fashion. Thank you…
Great experience, have had service for over a year and working well. Taylor Williams did a great job around the house and Jared was very helpful with my Termite control questions.
Their techs have been amazing. Elrico has been protecting my home for quite some time and does a phenomenal job every time they're out here! I appreciate his professionalism and quality of work!
Horacio did a great job.
Horacio completed a termite prevention treatment that had to be delayed due to a duck who had built a nest in the path of the treatment area. He notified me jn advance of his arrival and let me know when he completed the installation. Horacio is a very courteous and competent individual. Good job Romex, for hiring this young man Yeah
