We have quarterly service with Romney. In between those services if we see anything, they come out and deal with it. We usually get service within a day or two. This past time there was a hiccup with when the tech was scheduled and when he arrived. It's my understanding they're transitioning to a new system or had some sort of glitch. Things happen.
But the reason for the 5 stars is our technician Tron. He's so knowledgeable and nice. He educates me on what we're seeing and how to do deal with it. As someone who is new to Texas, I've learned a lot about pests.
We recently had ants in our window sill and he treated it quickly and efficiently. No more ants.
Tron is always respectful and I know that he'll take care of whatever pest we see. His treatment is quick but thorough and our house doesn't smell of chemicals once it's done.
Highly recommend.
