First time to use Romney Pest Control. Jesse was our technician and he did an excellent job explaining what he was preparing to do. He answered all our questions and checked back with us before he departed to let us know what he had found. Will look forward to continue using these services in the future.
Romney has had strong customer service over the phone and their mosquito sprayed seems to have really worked.
Love! Love! Love! Romney does a great job keeping the bugs at bay and wasps away. They will come out between scheduled visits to take care of anything we need. The technicians are super kind and helpful. Would highly recommend them.

Updated: Over the years the service has declined. Different reps every visit that did not perform the sweeping down of the house that Bobby always did. I’m a second time previous Romney customer. The service reps that they send out are very professional and does a thorough job in and out. I’m glad to be a returning customer again.
Been using them for about 8 years. Have never had an issue and the service is great. Show up on time and when they say they are going to. Highly recommend.

I wasn’t able to be there for our service, but he left notes and did exactly what was needed to take care of our outdoor ant problem.
Their service was a waste of my money in my case got them due to an ant problem. Ants never went away! Plus, if you call them for an emergency service call they can’t even come right away even though you’re paying monthly for your service. I don’t recommend this company to anyone.
