The technician Kyle was very knowledgeable and he explained everything to me. I am very happy with the service I received today.
We have quarterly service with Romney. In between those services if we see anything, they come out and deal with it. We usually get service within a day or two. This past time there was a hiccup with when the tech was scheduled and when he arrived. It's my understanding they're transitioning to a new system or had…
I’ve been using Romney since 2019 and have not had any complaints. They do what they promised: treat quarterly to keep the pests out, and come back (no extra charge) for follow-ups in between as needed. Matt has been servicing my house for the past year+, and his attention to detail is impressive. He even…
Bobby did his inspection and help me with my next steps to have a full protection service. Datron , did amazing work , very calm professional personnel and explained each step of the treatment process with the % of chemical and spent the time to advice me about the next steps if I see a new insect and tell me more…
Frank was knowledgeable, professional and thorough. Very satisfied with my apt today.
AJ is wonderful.
Really good guys and they do a good job. No problems.
As always was the ultimate professional and a shining example of customer service.
Matt was knowledgeable, thorough, and polite
Mustafa, our service representative is fast, efficient and reliable. He is also personable and we know that he will always provide excellent service.
We received our quarterly service yesterday. Sidney listened to our concerns and needs and treated our home very thoroughly. Great service as usual from this company.
I’ve used Romney for years. I can always trust they’ll do a great job. I especially enjoy having Datron service our property. He’s top notch and always so pleasant.
Excellent service, professional techs and extremely knowledgeable. We love their service! Very customer friendly..well run management...would highly recommend! .
Giovanni was great! He communicated clearly and let us know everything he would be doing before he started, and then let us know everything he did before leaving. He was quick and did a wonderful job.
Punctual, courteous, and knowledgeable. Excellent and substantial service every time at an exceeding good price point.
Datron Brooks always does a thorough job. He answers any questions we might have. We continue to give Romney 5 stars.
Our pest control tecj Carlos was very friendly, knowledgeable and very thorough. A great service.
Romney Pest Control does very well in controlling the spiders and ants in our house. My only reason for the four star rating is that we really need a 30 minute heads up notification to get dogs out of the house. I texted this morning to request that but did not receive a response before he showed up to spray. I will…
Aside from being very knowledgeable about my insect questions, Mustafa was so personable and kind.
Wonderful service
First time to use Romney Pest Control. Jesse was our technician and he did an excellent job explaining what he was preparing to do. He answered all our questions and checked back with us before he departed to let us know what he had found. Will look forward to continue using these services in the future.
Romney has had strong customer service over the phone and their mosquito sprayed seems to have really worked.
Love! Love! Love! Romney does a great job keeping the bugs at bay and wasps away. They will come out between scheduled visits to take care of anything we need. The technicians are super kind and helpful. Would highly recommend them.
I am so happy to use a company that employs such professional and courteous employees. Their technician Camron took extra care with our property.
Romney Pest Control is excellent and we have been extremely pleased with results, professionalism and cost.
We have used Romney for years, and they do a great job. Their staff is friendly and attentive. Whenever we need additional service between our regular treatments, they are always quick to respond. I highly recommend this company.

Sidney did a very good job of servicing our property on Wed. 5/28/25. He was very polite and courteous. He address the questions we had about the ants. Thanks for a job well done Sidney.
We have been using this service for probably the past 10 years. Very pleased with their work. The regular services have kept us bug free. Thank you.
Romney is reasonable and they do a really good job. Holly is excellent.
Updated: Over the years the service has declined. Different reps every visit that did not perform the sweeping down of the house that Bobby always did. Most recent person did well so kudos for that but keeping a consistent person was next to impossible. Had ants in the bathroom and it took 4 visits before…
Outstanding A1 Service ***** I have been a long standing customer and am pleased with the level of service Romney has provided over the years. Keep up the good work! Ken Conley
Romney pest control provides excellent service at reasonable rates
I’m a second time previous Romney customer. The service reps that they send out are very professional and does a thorough job in and out. I’m glad to be a returning customer again.
Been using them for about 8 years. Have never had an issue and the service is great. Show up on time and when they say they are going to. Highly recommend.
I always have a good experience with Romney and I’ve been using them since I’ve moved into my home!
I wasn’t able to be there for our service, but he left notes and did exactly what was needed to take care of our outdoor ant problem.
Their service was a waste of my money in my case got them due to an ant problem. Ants never went away! Plus, if you call them for an emergency service call they can’t even come right away even though you’re paying monthly for your service. I don’t recommend this company to anyone.
Always great service. Professional and pleasant technician.
Marko was very polite, professional and did an outstanding job 👏 👌.
excellent company! would recommend. I posted this a few years ago. Things have changed, the family sold out to a national pest control co. The phone messages are still from the previous owners allowing you to believe they are still involved, they are not. The tech's daily service accounts have doubled. So corporate…
They’ve been treating our home for more than 10 years. Always on time and they keep the “critters” outside.
Very well run business. Service agent very professional and courteous. Long term client - over 10 years and never have had an issue or problem with the services provided or the personnel.

The technician was highly skilled and effective. The company offered great service, timing, and pricing. I wish I had called them sooner. There’s only so much a home owner can accomplish with hardware store products. Sometimes you need a pro. These guys are pros.
We have been on a every 2 month schedule with them for years. It has kept us without any major home insect problem. They will come and in between visits if needed for no extra charge. They do a great job for us and we can't do without them!

Jason did a great job. Shortly before his scheduled arrival to my home, he called me to inform me that he was arriving shortly, which I found to be helpful to me in planning my time. He was polite, energetic, and professional. He took care of several specific problem areas I asked him to examine and treat. He is an…

John, the technician was very polite and informative. Nice to communicate with. Thanks John!
Techs are professional and on time. They always explain the entire treatment process. Effective treatment and flexible scheduling when additional monthly service is necessary. Love being able to call and reach Tammy and Jackie anytime I have questions! Thanks!
I’m on the annual service plan. They came and sprayed and cleaned out wasp nests for the quarterly service. A few days later I had ants in the kitchen! They came back out within the week and sprayed again and baited the ant mounds. All included in the annual plan. I’m glad I have them on retainer! Worth the cost.
Romney always calls and texts to advise when they are going to be performing services at your home. The technicians are knowledgeable, courteous, ask if you need any additional services. Top company with top well trained people. Thank you Tron, appreciate the job you did today.
I have had this service since 2012 always wonderful job, employees are very courteous.
We've used Romney for about a year now, ever since ants showed up after my first kid. I asked my mom for a recommendation, and she uses them on the other side of DFW from me. They've always been quick to respond, extremely professional, and delighted to help. I'd recommend them to anyone looking for a pest control.

Romney is great about coming back out to my house in between visits (at not charge) and respraying the areas inside my house where I see bugs. I love that about them!!!
Bobby arrives on time , treats my home thoroughly, only needed one service call in between treatments just to satisfy my wife. Glad a switched over from the jack leg company I was using.
Our tech; mr bobby did a wonderful job taking care or our ants and explaining how he was going to treat our house. We appreciate him taking the time to explain how the ants got inside. Love this company as a whole, customer service is fantastic!
Great! Very courteous and professional, couldn't ask for more. We've used Romney for years and have been very happy. Professional and courteous. Technician was very patient and took his time to inspect and treat the problematic areas.
We had some ants in one area and Charles took the time to trace them back to several different areas to find the root of the problem. More importantly, Charles really went the extra mile to do a great job. He was knowledgeable and cared about his service for us. We do quarterly service with Romney (this was in…

Had Romney for about 15 years, had to stop when we lost our job. Tried someone cheaper, but now back with them! Same folks come who know your house, same professionals who have worked there for years; will match prices of competitors, take the time to listen and make sure they solve your problems, customer…

Ryan Homs was the specialist who came to inspect our house. He was professional and extremely thorough.
