Brandon was very good. He fully addressed our issues and he communicated throughout the visit.
I’ve been using Romney since 2019 and have not had any complaints. They do what they promised: treat quarterly to keep the pests out, and come back (no extra charge) for follow-ups in between as needed. Matt has been servicing my house for the past year+, and his attention to detail is impressive. He even…
Bobby did his inspection and help me with my next steps to have a full protection service. Always professional! We really appreciate that the tech they send actually read the “please don’t knock or ring doorbell sign” he just read it and went to the gate and started working.

First time using them. Giovanni came by. On time, and took care of all requests for areas where there were problems. Much appreciation, and will have them back for quarterly service.

AJ was the technician completing the service today. He was great! Not only did he perform the usual spraying, but he also took care of a few wasp nests and cleaned up some of the weepholes on the outside of the house. He listened to my observations of the pests I’ve been seeing and explained everything he was going…
Catarino was very professional and used excellent customer service skills. Catarino answered my questions and performed his quarterly service as expected. Catarino has serviced my property the last two quarters and he is the best tech I can remember to service my property. He is very conscientious and treats my property as if it was his own.
I’ve used Romney for years. I can always trust they’ll do a great job. I especially enjoy having Datron service our property. He’s top notch and always so pleasant.

I have been with this company for nearly 20 years and have NEVER had a bad experience. The tech that came yesterday was new to me and was very impressive. Always super happy with our service through Romney. If we have ever had noticed a problem bug, they always get it taken care of! Definitely recommend!
Sidney was wonderful! We had quite a problem with hornet and wasp nests outdoors and he took the time to explain to me what he was going to do to fix the problem and then he did it. I have never seen so many upset flying insects at one time, but Sidney was dressed for it - covered from head to toe - and did not stop…

First time to use Romney Pest Control. Jesse was our technician and he did an excellent job explaining what he was preparing to do. He answered all our questions and checked back with us before he departed to let us know what he had found. Will look forward to continue using these services in the future.

Holly was very nice and did a great job with the issues I had. Everything is good
Professional, efficient, friendly service provider!
Updated: Over the years the service has declined. Different reps every visit that did not perform the sweeping down of the house that Bobby always did. Most recent person did well so kudos for that but keeping a consistent person was next to impossible. Had ants in the bathroom and it took 4 visits before…
Outstanding A1 Service ***** I have been a long standing customer and am pleased with the level of service Romney has provided over the years. Keep up the good work! Ken Conley

I wasn’t able to be there for our service, but he left notes and did exactly what was needed to take care of our outdoor ant problem.
excellent company! would recommend. I posted this a few years ago. Things have changed, the family sold out to a national pest control co. The phone messages are still from the previous owners allowing you to believe they are still involved, they are not. The tech's daily service accounts have doubled. So corporate…
I highly recommend Romney. The company has fair rates and professional people come to your home.

Technion very nice and knowledgeable
The technician was highly skilled and effective. The company offered great service, timing, and pricing. I wish I had called them sooner. There’s only so much a home owner can accomplish with hardware store products. Sometimes you need a pro. These guys are pros.
OSVALDO did a fantastic job! My dog had been bitten by a black widow, Osvaldo sprayed areas and cervices where they could live. He took his time to ensure our home and yard would be pest free!

When I first moved to this area, I had a different pest control company. I called and complained about ants and they were not able to help me. So I moved to Romney and have been with them every sense.
I use Romney for regular service on the outside of the house and occasionally for inside treatment when needed. They schedule quickly, and are professional and courteous! And best of all, their treatments are effective!

We’ve been using Romney Pest Control for several years. They’re always professional and very helpful. No worries if you need to alter the reoccurring service day. Want to particularly give praise to David who serviced our home on 9/15/22. He was kind, professional and did a very thorough job. He was very…
I started using them because of their ability to reach the extreme high edges of my roofline where wasps make their nests. But after seeing all the other areas of concern that my property presents, I now rely on them to keep my home bug and rodent free, and by the way…. They do a great job! They ARE good at what they do.
They are a 10/10!!!
Romney Pest Control is very thorough and takes their time. They are very professional and very nice. We’d definitely recommend. Datron is amazing.

We were having a bad flea infestation, we had tried products from different sprays and powders inside and outside but nothing worked, i was mopping and vacuuming evey evening and come the morning the fleas were back indoors, just to get to my vehicle was a nightmare with fleas all over my…
They are always polite and very professional.
Techs are professional and on time. They always explain the entire treatment process. Effective treatment and flexible scheduling when additional monthly service is necessary. Love being able to call and reach Tammy and Jackie anytime I have questions! Thanks!
