The technician Kyle was very knowledgeable and he explained everything to me. I am very happy with the service I received today.
I thought I was getting an inspection first and wasn’t told what was the cause of the issue that I mainly contacted them.
Really good guys and they do a good job. No problems.
As always was the ultimate professional and a shining example of customer service.
I received little notice of the service and he arrived late in the day. As a result, I had no opportunity to know or adjust the service. This has not been the case in the past.
Mustafa, our service representative is fast, efficient and reliable. He is also personable and we know that he will always provide excellent service.
Pest Control person was very thorough and friendly.
We received our quarterly service yesterday. Sidney listened to our concerns and needs and treated our home very thoroughly. Great service as usual from this company.
I was very happy with and impressed with Daytron. He spent time explaining what he would do, what we should and shouldn't do, he was kind and great representation of Romney
AJ was the technician completing the service today. He was great! Not only did he perform the usual spraying, but he also took care of a few wasp nests and cleaned up some of the weepholes on the outside of the house. He listened to my observations of the pests I’ve been seeing and explained everything he was going…

I have been with this company for nearly 20 years and have NEVER had a bad experience. The tech that came yesterday was new to me and was very impressive. Very thorough servicing all around house with a scrubber brush to knock down the many wasps nests. Today was my first service with them and both the receptionist I booked with and the Tech, Matt, who showed up next day were very kind and patient. Matt did not hesitate to volunteer in throwing away a flower bed that…
Sidney was wonderful! We had quite a problem with hornet and wasp nests outdoors and he took the time to explain to me what he was going to do to fix the problem and then he did it. I have never seen so many upset flying insects at one time, but Sidney was dressed for it - covered from head to toe - and did not stop…
It's been great doing business with you. Your service has been top notch. Our Technician Brandon is Courteous, Knowledgeable, Trustworthy and Thorough.
Tron took care of all of the many yellow jacket nests on the property and also treated for fire ants. He then treated the interior to cover additional pests.
The technician did a great job at getting rid of the wasp/hornet nests. He told me that I had 90 days for a retreatment. The wasps showed up the next day. If I knew that I only had 14 days I would’ve called back immediately. I was told the wrong information. I will not be using their service again because I wasted 250$ for wasps to show up the next day.
This company is reliable and very easy to work with. Importantly they take care of what you need them to!!
Very professional helpful and knowledgeable of his job skills. Also very polite. Impressive he put on foot booties. To help keep my carpet clean just had it cleaned yesterday. Very thoughtful of him kudos to Luis. Job well done.

excellent company! would recommend. I posted this a few years ago. Things have changed, the family sold out to a national pest control co. The phone messages are still from the previous owners allowing you to believe they are still involved, they are not. The tech's daily service accounts have doubled. So corporate…
