Really good guys and they do a good job. No problems.
As always was the ultimate professional and a shining example of customer service.
First time using them. Giovanni came by. On time, and took care of all requests for areas where there were problems. Much appreciation, and will have them back for quarterly service.

I have been with this company for nearly 20 years and have NEVER had a bad experience. The tech that came yesterday was new to me and was very impressive. My dogs ran to the gate, he was very professional in his handling of the three of them. I brought them in the house and he got right to work. He was very thorough…

Always let you know in advance when they are coming , always promt, always polite, always professional, take care of any problems that need attention.
Romney Pest Control does very well in controlling the spiders and ants in our house. My only reason for the four star rating is that we really need a 30 minute heads up notification to get dogs out of the house. I texted this morning to request that but did not receive a response before he showed up to spray. I will…
Excellent work . seticfive . Thanks for your service
Sidney was wonderful! We had quite a problem with hornet and wasp nests outdoors and he took the time to explain to me what he was going to do to fix the problem and then he did it. I have never seen so many upset flying insects at one time, but Sidney was dressed for it - covered from head to toe - and did not stop…

Updated: Over the years the service has declined. Different reps every visit that did not perform the sweeping down of the house that Bobby always did. Most recent person did well so kudos for that but keeping a consistent person was next to impossible. Had ants in the bathroom and it took 4 visits before…
