ROOTER EXPRESS OF JAX LLC at a glance
Customers frequently cite rapid response times, same-day availability, and efficient service for issues like clogged drains, garbage disposals, and septic pumping. Reviewers highlight polite communication, professional conduct, and fair pricing, often noting that technicians leave the work area clean. One recurring criticism involves a lack of diagnostic equipment, specifically camera systems, which prevented identifying the root cause of a recurrent sewage backup after multiple visits.
