Eddie showed up on time and completed my water heater flush in under an hour. Awesome service, I wouldn’t call anyone else.

Eddie was fast yet thorough. He explained everything to me that he looked at and fixed. Even went out to check on water pressure, hot water heater to be sure my plumbing was running properly. Thanks I’ll be calling yall again!

Our kitchen drain clogged up and needed to be cleaned out. Rooter Man/lovely Jackie was able to get someone booked promptly after I called the very first thing in the morning. Fast and through resolution of a slow kitchen drain that took the big snake to get to the obstruction. Completed a camera check to ensure there was no further issue.

We have had Curtis service our tankless water heater, replace it after the 2021 freeze, replace our pvr and today... clean out a drain. Every single time, he's been fast, friendly, and fairly priced! Happy repeat customer !

Joshua in particular is an exceptional technician. Patient, thorough, knowledgeable and extremely nice. Would highly recommend.

Alan and Luke did a fantastic job cleaning all the drains at my house. It turned into a massive job and they handled everything really well, were very professional, and did an amazing job. I would highly recommend them.

Luke came the same day I called to quickly clear out my clogged tub line. He was very knowledgeable and patient with all my questions. While the price for the work was not inexpensive (as all home work in Austin seems to be) he was able to give me a quote prior to starting work and that price did not change. No up sales. I would definitely recommend.

Fast and efficient. Cleared a clogged laundry drain. Also used checked with the camera, showing no cloga or breaks through the entire line. Quite a relief since there have been a lot of issues in my neighborhood from the previous summer's drought. Also reasonably priced.

Curtis came out on the weekend / Sunday when we have a major clog on our home toilet / sewer line that we wear not able to fix with plunger etc…he spent a lot of time going through it with the snake line and camera until he finally found the clog…he was able to get it fix and get us back in use for house needs…much appreciated!!!! The repairmen were very courteous and a good job clearing the drain. The cost was very high compared to other companies. Their video unit wasn’t working so all was done was run the drain snake and reconnect the plastic trap plumbing. The cost was $324.00 for about 1+ hours labor.

Phone lady knew what she was talking about, made an appointment on Friday for the next Monday to unclog main line. My tenants called on a holiday with drainage issues. I couldn't find anyone that was willing to take any more appointments because it was a holiday. Rooter-Man rolled right on up and got my peeps taken care of in a jiffy.

I called on a Saturday morning with an urgent issue. The after-hours receptionist took down my information and I received a call from the plumber, Colin, within a few minutes. He then arrived within an hour and resolved the issue, clearly explained what else needed to be done, and was very friendly as well.

Was able to get an appointment day of request, which was great. They were even able to come early. Quick service and super friendly and helpful technician. Always happy with the folks at rooterman.
