I was very pleased with the service we received from Garrett. He didn't try to upsell us on anything and was generous with his advice on other plumbing related questions. I am seriously thinking of switching to Rooter Man for all of our plumbing issues we we continue to get the same quality of service as we did from Garrett.
Great experience with Rooter-Man, as always! Our kitchen faucet needed to be replaced, and after waiting for the part to be delivered, Eddie came on his day off over Memorial weekend to get it installed. He completed the job quickly and made sure we were happy with the work!
Water was leaking from beneath two bathroom sinks. Rooterman was called and the plumber they sent was fantastic! Both problems were well outside my capabilities to have fixed; he fixed the problem with ease. Very pleased.

UPDATED: Most recently they helped us winterize and shared lots of great ideas that gives me peace of mind as a homeowner worried about broken pipes during the upcoming freeze.
