Garrett is fantastic. I have nothing negative to say about him or Rooterman. We have been using them for years at multiple properties and they never disappoint. Everything you would want in a plumbing repair experience. Very happy! 😁
Nice and Professional
Joshua did a great job, handled the problem efficiently and was Polite and knowledgeable
Great experience with Rooter-Man, as always! Our kitchen faucet needed to be replaced, and after waiting for the part to be delivered, Eddie came on his day off over Memorial weekend to get it installed. He completed the job quickly and made sure we were happy with the work!
Quick service, knowledgeable and friendly plumber, and no hidden fees or upsells on services
Water was leaking from beneath two bathroom sinks. Rooterman was called and the plumber they sent was fantastic! Both problems were well outside my capabilities to have fixed; he fixed the problem with ease. Very pleased.
My wonderful plumber replaced my tub faucet quickly and got my bathroom back in business.
Eddie was awesome. I called with issues with an RO system and kitchen faucet. He didn’t charge me for everything he could have no strings attached which was appreciated given my circumstances. He also did an overall plumbing check after I mentioned I’ll be out of town for the next two weeks to give me peace of mind
Joshua did a great job fixing our sink and spigot. 👍
Curtis arrived during the time window on a Saturday and completed the work on time with quality craftsmanship.
Amazing experience from the receptionist to Collen. Collen was professional, informative and extremely helpful. Will definitely use this business again. Another amazing experience with Rooterman Plumbing. Joshua was super helpful with detecting and repairing a leak under neath my sink in my master bath. He also…
Luke did such a great job with our plumbing problem. He even saved us a lot of money by applying discounts and showing us how to prevent costly repairs in the future. I highly recommend Rooter-man! They always get a highly professional plumber out to our house in a very short amount of time!
Luke gets an A++++. We will always call Rooterman when we have a plumbing problem and we will always ask for Luke!
David came out and fixed the problem we were having in our guest bathroom extremely quick. As well as gave us in my opinion a fair quote on replacing the hot water heater and a rough time line of how long it would take to replace. He also fixed the problem with the low water pressure we were having.
Joshua Brown did a great job! He is very thorough and the quality of his work is excellent.
We have used Rooter Man many times now for various services. We contacted them initially based on their high reviews. We are now a customer for life. Great service and quality. Joshua in particular is an exceptional technician. Patient, thorough, knowledgeable and extremely nice. Would highly recommend.
Rooter-Man did an amazing job! I can't stress enough how much I appreciate Josh for coming out and the professional level of service. I had a massive leak that was flooding my backyard due to piping failure and called around but couldn't get anyone for over a week. I called Rooter-man and they were able to schedule…
Alan was very professional, polite, gave us good information and fixed the problem quickly and efficiently!
Joshua did an excellent job, very good attention to detail. I will use them again in the future
I used to cringe at the thought of calling a plumber because I assumed they're all too expensive. I instead used a neighborhood handyman to do my plumbing work. Big mistake! The Rooterman plumber walked me through the work he was doing and explained how the previous work (done by the handyman) was incorrectly done.…
Curtis is very knowledgeable and explained every step that was being taken.
Dustin did a fantastic job! He replaced a commode, and a faucet cartridge. He was timely, professional, and worked neatly. Thank you again. CMP
Curtis did a fantastic job as always, very informative and so easy going. Wonderful personality.
This is the best plumbing service in town…the tech was so professional and courteous! I recommend them to everyone!
April 2022 Second call placed for other drains. I would create a new review but Google only lets me edit this one. Same amazing service. We had Allen out again, he worked diligently to clean my wife's shower pipe and sink pipe, fixed the detached stopper, and cleaned our kitchen sink pipe in the add-on building.…
Excellent all around
David from Rooter Man has been once again great for us. This is the third time we have used their service, and we are always completely happy every time. David has always had more then fair with pricing, has fast speed of service, and great overall professionalism at his job. Very recommended.
Mr. Collen Mcbride did excellent job! Our faucets were blocked with sand after the storm. Although we paid another person for blowing out the sand, the work was not done properly. So the faucets were clogged and leaking. Collen identified the problems and fixed them very quickly. He also provided advice and…
