Rooter-Man Plumbing Austin TX

Eddie was fast yet thorough. He explained everything to me that he looked at and fixed. Even went out to check on water pressure, hot water heater to be sure my plumbing was running properly. Thanks I’ll be calling yall again!

Eddie was out same day as my call. He located a drain leak quickly and had the pipe replaced fast. Plus he was super cool! Highly recommend this company!

Eddie came out quickly and fixed 2 separate issues. He went above and beyond and I would recommend him to anyone looking for a more experienced plumber.

Rooter-Man has been our go to at Paul Mitchell the School Austin. They're always quick to respond and very professional. We've had the pleasure of working with Garrett and Collen. Thank you Gentlemen!

We called Rooterman after we detected a leak in one of the inlet valves in our laundry room. Eddie came over early, the next day and fixed the valve. He also installed a new washer box to prevent future issues. He also helped verify that there were no additional leaks.

Joshua was super professional and helpful!

Rooterman plumbing was great, I was aware of a leak due to standing water at the edge of my house. After talking to multiple plumbers, Eddie at Rooterman presented a very clear plan on how to try and detect the leak and the best way to go about it step by step. Eddie and Matthew traced down the supply line having to… Read full review

I have used Rooter-man in my rentals properties for a while and they have always done a good job for a fair price.

Jason did a great job of finding the problem, fixing it, testing his work, and explaining it!

Luke did such a great job with our plumbing problem. He even saved us a lot of money by applying discounts and showing us how to prevent costly repairs in the future. I highly recommend Rooter-man! They always get a highly professional plumber out to our house in a very short amount of time!

Eddie was great. Quick in and out took care of my leak in less then two hours.

We've used Rooterman for a while now and everyone has been fantastic, but wanted to give a review specifically for Eddie. He came down to do a leak inspection and was really thorough about it, but what stood out was how carefully he cut out the sheetrock so we could replace it afterward. Checked in with me… Read full review

David was on time, professional, and knowledgeable. I will call Rooter Man for all our plumbing needs.

Rooter-Man Plumbing is very professional and highly skilled. They made a same day visit as when I called as I had guests arriving the next day. They addressed the original problem, gave me some DIY solutions for ongoing maintenance, and took time to explain our plumbing issues and answered all my questions. AND…they… Read full review

Great communication. Timely appointments.

Great website and I was able to get my estimate and appointment set all through text. Service was on time and Collen was great and explained everything. They were able to do some additional work needed that same day.

I was pleasantly surprised how quickly the plumber showed up. He was thorough, professional, and the service affordable.

Great service! Prompt, polite, very knowledgeable and thorough. Highly recommend them

I recently had to call Rooter-Man to fix a water leak probably caused by an ice storm cleanup crew dropping a large log on the shallow line near the water meter. David, the technician who came to fix the issue, was extremely professional, efficient, and friendly. He quickly identified and fixed the problem in less… Read full review

Jason M of Rooterman was fantastic—very thorough investigation of our leak situation with concrete and helpful recommendations and estimates for moving forward.

David is incredibly knowledgeable and figured out our issues quickly. He had the repair finished in minutes. And I have to also give a shout out to Misty, who answered my panicked phone call and texted me with status updates. We have used several plumbing services over the years, but have found Rooterman to be the… Read full review

Curtis showed up right on time and got straight to work. Within minutes he Identified the problem another plumber failed to see. Though RM couldnt repair because it was a sprinkler leak, Curtis isolated the issue and cut the water to the system so I wont keep getting billed for the leak.

There are two reasons I gave a 1 star rating. One, I needed a same day appointment for a emergency kind of situation and they provided that and two, there is no option to give zero star. I generally don't write reviews unless the experience is extremes either side. I seriously doubt how there are so many 5 star… Read full review

These guys are the BEST!! Another company estimated $8,000 to find the leak. Rooterman found the leak, repaired it, and fixed a few other things in about 4 hrs. Have used them before and had the same experience. Knowledgeable, fast, fair, and wonderful people. Do not hesitate to call them.

Rooterman was great to work with. They were able to book an appointment for me next-day and after assessing my issue and providing a quote they were able to stay and complete the work on the same day. I couldn't be happier and will definitely be using them again in the future when the need arises.

David came on time both times and was honest in his appraisal of our leak problem and how they would fix it. They worked hard to remove the tree roots encircling our water meter and line to our house and irrigation system, then replaced the line and installed a new pressure regulator. They tested it all out… Read full review

Great service and will def use again.

We contacted Rooter Man Plumbing when we realized that we had a burst pipe, and our regular plumber was not available. Collen was able to come out within 1 hour of our call and fix our plumbing emergency. He was pleasant and professional, and we were satisfied with his work. I would use them again.

Very friendly, professional and fast service.

Appreciate Dustin explaining everything before work was done. There were no surprises. They were responsive, knowledgeable and did a great job. Left repair area clean as they found it. Appreciate you.

Curtis was great - would definitely call again

David from Rooter Man has been once again great for us. This is the third time we have used their service, and we are always completely happy every time. David has always had more then fair with pricing, has fast speed of service, and great overall professionalism at his job. Very recommended.

Mr. Collen Mcbride did excellent job! Our faucets were blocked with sand after the storm. Although we paid another person for blowing out the sand, the work was not done properly. So the faucets were clogged and leaking. Collen identified the problems and fixed them very quickly. He also provided advice and… Read full review

Great job! Excellent response time & fast/friendly service from Curtis of Rooter-Man Plumbing. We had some leaking fixtures, one of them a cheap PVC shutoff valve supplying water to the house. It was hard to turn, leaking and threatened to leave our household waterless. Curtis fixed that with a quality brass… Read full review

I cannot think more highly of the service technician that they sent out, the speed with which they arrived, the professionalism with which they conducted themselves during a weekend in a chaotic family home, and the price for all they did.

Curtis from Rooter Man Plumbing was extremely professional and did an excellent job replacing the existing bad PRV the builder installed. He was articulate in explaining to me what the issue was, how he was going to repair it, and kept me apprised along the way. Would recommend to anyone who needs plumbing work.

I’ve had two other plumbers come out to address the kitchen sink backing up. I was quoted $17,500 to replace pipes by the company sent by the home warranty co. Rooter Man came and unclogged the sink and replaced some pipes under the sink and are returning this afternoon to jet the line to the sewer. Replacement was… Read full review
