Colin squeezed me in on a weekend and had my service line leak solved in just a little more time than it took me to puncture it in the first place. The price was reasonable. I’m glad I didn’t call anyone else first.

I was able to get a same day (morning even) appointment. The plumber, Josh, arrived when they estimated he would. He did a great job assessing and fixing my plumbing issue. Their pricing isn’t as competitive as our prior plumber, but the service was better.

Curtis was great! We had a leak in the gas pipe to our water heater, and Rooter was able to get Curtis out to us in under an hour. We are related homeowners and apparently there was an issue of extreme grease build-up in the pipe which led to backups and clogging in kitchen sink. The tech was very knowledgeable and was able to hydrojet our pipes taking care of the problem. We had 3 other plumbers come out before and the last 1 recommend Rooterman! They listened to our every question, and they were willing to talk things through with us to make sure everything was exactly the way we'd like. Collen was able to come out within 1 hour of our call and fix our plumbing emergency. He was pleasant and professional, and we were satisfied with his work. I would use them again.

I was so impressed with Colleen’s professionalism, knowledge, expertise, and positive attitude. So glad to be able to have such a quick response to my plumbing emergency; literally arrives within 20 minutes of me placing the call. It was a difficult leak repair, but done to the upmost best quality of work.

I worked with Rooter-Man to fix a broken pipe at my parents' house. Karl came out for initial inspection and helped us understand the issue and the repair process. Colleen did the repair work and we can't thank him enough for doing such a great job. He took his time to make sure the work was done right and answered any questions I had.

The best part was the plumber himself. Eddie was knowledgeable, helpful, and professional.

I cannot think more highly of the service technician that they sent out, the speed with which they arrived, the professionalism with which they conducted themselves during a weekend in a chaotic family home, and the price for all they did.

While trying to get my property ready for resale, a leak sprung up where my yard meets the sidewalk. I called Rooter-Man on Monday morning and they were out to look at it later that afternoon. They were transparent about the nature of the repair and gave me an estimate there. 5 hours later it was all taken care of. I couldn't ask for more.
