David came out and fixed the problem we were having in our guest bathroom extremely quick. As well as gave us in my opinion a fair quote on replacing the hot water heater and a rough time line of how long it would take to replace. When I called to get the appointment it was a very busy time for plumbers across Texas and they still got me in very soon. Collen was fantastic. He was very thorough, gave me all options with full explanations and completed the install quickly and cleanly.
