Eddie Pollack was on time, courteous, professional, and resolved an issue with my shower control that I thought would be a major issue by thoughtfully troubleshooting it before suggesting the big job. Recommend.
The entire team at Rooter-Man is first class. Jason's initial work to assess the issue, give me best case and worst case options and be there every step of way was appreciated. Collen and Alan did a terrific job with the repairs. They worked a long day to get the job done in a day and it wasnt easy. They went above…
Chris Fryer is a total professional. Very competent and lets you know what he is doing and why. Good work. He inspires trust. The cartridge in the shower head had expired. He replaced it promptly Excellent work Chris! Paying became complicated when my replacement card was rejected, due to Rooter-man software…
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I recently had an issue with no hot water in some of our showers and faucets. Eddie from Rooter Man Plumbing came to the rescue! He was professional, efficient, and quickly diagnosed the problem. Thanks to Eddie, we're back to enjoying warm showers. Highly recommend Rooter Man Plumbing and especially Eddie for any plumbing needs!
Great communication. Timely appointments.
David came out and fixed the problem we were having in our guest bathroom extremely quick. As well as gave us in my opinion a fair quote on replacing the hot water heater and a rough time line of how long it would take to replace. He also fixed the problem with the low water pressure we were having.
I was having an issue with a shower draining slowly, but had bigger concerns about the integrity of my cast iron pipes. Collen did an excellent job of understanding my issues, assessing the situation, and giving thoughtful advice, as well as addressing the immediate problem—getting the shower to drain. Collen was…
We have used Rooter Man many times now for various services. We contacted them initially based on their high reviews. We are now a customer for life. Great service and quality. Joshua in particular is an exceptional technician. Patient, thorough, knowledgeable and extremely nice. Would highly recommend.
Collen with Rooterman is awesome!!! I’ve had him out several times for various projects and repairs (old house). He has never shied away from a project and has always done an excellent job! I would highly recommend him!
Jason was awesome and helpful
When I called to get the appointment it was a very busy time for plumbers across Texas and they still got me in very soon. Collen was fantastic. He was very thorough, gave me all options with full explanations and completed the install quickly and cleanly.
I used to cringe at the thought of calling a plumber because I assumed they're all too expensive. I instead used a neighborhood handyman to do my plumbing work. Big mistake! The Rooterman plumber walked me through the work he was doing and explained how the previous work (done by the handyman) was incorrectly done.…
Curtis showed up on time, was very helpful through the process and provided reassurance of his knowledge. Would recommend
Curtis was professional and provided great service. I would hire him again for future plumbing needs.
I cannot recommend this company enough. Curtis came out and quickly identified the problem that he was here to fix with my shower/tub. I asked him to take a look at my water heater so that he could get an idea of what I needed so I could get a replacement scheduled in the near future. He found a leak in the water…
Received notice when Dustin was on his way with a picture as well. Showed up on time. Explained everything so I understood what he did/found. He did the water heater drain/fill maintenance and replaced the faucet in the shower.
This is the best plumbing service in town…the tech was so professional and courteous! I recommend them to everyone!
Rooter-Man made the effort to get me on the schedule the same day. Collen was on time, patient and professional. He took the extra steps to make sure the job was done the right way! Based on this experience I strongly recommend them and will use them again!
