Rooter-Man Plumbing Austin TX

Eddie was GREAT! He was able to get to my home first thing in the morning. Knowledgeable and checked everything thoroughly with our clogged toilets. Gave us options and priced out everything accordingly before fixing anything. Very patient and didn't pressure my husband and I while we talked through expenses. We… Read full review

Garrett is fantastic. I have nothing negative to say about him or Rooterman. We have been using them for years at multiple properties and they never disappoint. Everything you would want in a plumbing repair experience. Very happy! 😁

Great service, quick and informative. Eddie was very helpful!!

Quick and professional

Eddie from Rooterman was very knowledgeable and explained everything he saw and did. He presented options and stayed within my budget. His work was thorough and efficient and he left the area immaculate. He is the first honest plumber I have found! I will be using Rooterman from now on!

Eddie came out quickly, bought all the equipment explained all the issues and completed the job all within a short time period. Very satisfied with the service.

Rooter-Man has been our go to at Paul Mitchell the School Austin. They're always quick to respond and very professional. We've had the pleasure of working with Garrett and Collen. Thank you Gentlemen!

Eddie was perfect, quick, and personable. I appreciate him being honest and managing my expectations! I loved that he wanted to make sure I had a accurate quote in front of me and he was also kind enough to let me know I had packages so nothing would get stolen.

Jay and Matthew were quick, competent and professional.

Eddie was on time, professional and quick to find a solution. He helped me understand my options so I could make a good decision for my home. I have used Rooterman for several years now and come away happy every visit!

All I can say is it feels really good to know a good plumber. We had replaced the grease seal on our toilet at work and a couple of months later the odor came back and the guys came and saw the degree seal we had and failed and so they put in a better one. Contacting ruderman was easy having the guys come as… Read full review

Josh did an excellent job. He explained everything, answered my questions and explained all costs. This is the third time I’ve used your company, and would recommend it to anyone.

Yelp does it again. I was looking for a company to do a couple of plumbing repairs. Rooterman had terrific reviews and responded first to my inquiry. I spoke with the office person and set a time for that afternoon. Eddie texted me as promised. He assessed the issues abandoned gave me a quote. Got the job done and I… Read full review

I am very happy with my first experience with Rooterman plumbing and Eddie specifically. First he figured out that dispatcher had given him the wrong address quickly and then he retrieved my mother-in-law’s glasses from the depths of the toilet with an auger and the glasses are in pretty good shape! Thank you for… Read full review

Eddie Pollack was on time, courteous, professional, and resolved an issue with my shower control that I thought would be a major issue by thoughtfully troubleshooting it before suggesting the big job. Recommend.

They were quick to arrive, knowledgeable, and fixed the issue.

Was having my floors replaced and discovered the toilet flanges had come lose from the pipe. Called Rooter Man late one evening and they were out the next morning. Joshua fixed both toilets and pounted out some other things I should look at in the future. He also pointed out a mistake by the flooring guys that I was… Read full review

Update July 2025: Rooter-man Plumbing is so good, they continue to be my exclusive go-to company for all of my plumbing needs. I was fortunate to get a previous repairman, Chris, to come by for some repairs and upgrades for my bathroom receptacles and water values. He was friendly and got the job RIGHT. Joshua replaced an outdoor hose bib. For years we had a collapsible hose attached to the old bib, and it was impossible to take off. Josh is a great communicator and plumber. He was fair in giving us options for the repair.

Responsive, professional, on time, efficient. 5/5

Andrew from Rooter Man came within 2 hours of me calling the company for a plumbing repair. He clearly described the problem and suggested several ways to solve it. He was quick, polite and clean in his work. I have used Rooter Man for many years and have always been extremely satisfied.

Only plumbing company I use! Always great and always professional!

Collen was a genuine nice guy. Very informative and professional. Thank you for sending a great person to my house

Eddie was amazing today! He came when he said he would; evaluated the situation; checked on other issues we suspected; fixed what we approved and educated us on things to look for in the future-Eddie is a great plumber and Rooter-Man Plumbing is great.

Nice person, did a good job at a fair price.

Extremely impressed. Plumber was able to come out the same day I called. He was able to fix the issue on that same day as well. Even arrived early (after calling to confirm this was ok).

I was pleasantly surprised how quickly the plumber showed up. He was thorough, professional, and the service affordable.

Curtis was very knowledgeable and professional with plumbing toilet service repair service. I was very satisfied with his work he performed.

Curtis was professional, honest and straightforward with costs, and did his best to save us money and complete the job quickly.

Collen with Rooterman is awesome!!! I’ve had him out several times for various projects and repairs (old house). He has never shied away from a project and has always done an excellent job! I would highly recommend him!

Curtis K. is THE BEST! Our family is so thankful for him!!! He has helped us in our previous home and now our new home!! He always gives us the estimate of the expected cost BEFORE beginning—most servicemen+servicewomen just start on the problem, THEN the client is shocked by the price afterwards. Our family is very… Read full review

David is incredibly knowledgeable and figured out our issues quickly. He had the repair finished in minutes. And I have to also give a shout out to Misty, who answered my panicked phone call and texted me with status updates. Curtis was professional and provided great service. I would hire him again for future plumbing needs.

David was very professional and courteous. He was on time which is important because we have a busy day ahead. It only took a little over an hour for him to do a quality job. He left his shoes at the door since it had been raining. We were very impressed with this highly experienced technician. We will use Rooter Man Plumbing again!

This is the best plumbing service in town…the tech was so professional and courteous! I recommend them to everyone!

I have used Rooter-Man a number of times in the past. This time I just needed the fill valve replaced. I know that the flapper is replaced at this time too. I provided one, thinking it might save me a couple of bucks. Landon used one he had brought with him, which is fine. However, I would have appreciated getting… Read full review
