Allen the technician who helped us was very professional. He did a great job fixing the wax ring. The service was scheduled within a day.
Jay was efficient (fast), friendly, and the work was top notch. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a water heater replacement. I called rooter-man around 3pm and the replacement was done by 5:30. The price was a little steep but the 10 year warranty was worth it.
Joshua came out and was professional, versed me on the problem. Fired up my water heater and gave me the said that he would let me know on the quotes for what was needed if I wanted him to do the work . Really friendly. Will definitely call him back with any other issues.

Eddie did a terrific job. Everything was explained clearly in advance. The repair was then completed quickly and efficiently
Stellar service all around. Alan quickly diagnosed the issue and stopped a fast leak after hours. He worked closely with us to determine the best course of action, explaining everything in detail, and had our hot water heater replaced the next day. He was exceptionally thoughtful and thorough throughout the whole…
Collen is a true professional. Once he knew my garage had standing water, he came out to my house on a Sunday to diagnose my water heater issue. He had great communication from the get-go, and made the process extremely easy. Not only did he do a great job on the install of the new unit, he also expertly fixed the…
Very good experience with Eddie from Rooter-Man. There were several issues with a leak on the water heater inlet, the replacement of the Owner's cutoff valve and more. Eddie is EXTREMELY knowledgeable and experienced, and could tell me the advantages and disadvantages of each option, and we agreed on what to…
We used Rooter-man for repiping our home. Jason and his crew did an excellent job. It was a large project with many unknowns but Jason handled everything really well. The office was also very prompt on communications and very professional.

Quick response, knowledgeable people, good work
I had one of my water heaters burst in the attic late night. The team at Rooter-Man was able to come the house the next day and replace the unit. They worked carefully- avoiding any unnecessary mess and worked until the job was done. I had a second unit also replaced the same day - given they were both the same…
Curtis Kuvka was prompt, courteous and professional. He was very knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend and will use him again.
I cannot recommend this company enough. Curtis came out and quickly identified the problem that he was here to fix with my shower/tub. I asked him to take a look at my water heater so that he could get an idea of what I needed so I could get a replacement scheduled in the near future. He found a leak in the water…
Rooter Man of Austin has been such an excellent experience, I am beside myself with the thought that I now know who to call with any plumbing problem. Nick was kind and extremely knowledgeable and explained everything completely. I will use this company again and again. The price was, I thought, great…absolutely…
I highly recommend Nick and Rooterman plumbing. He offered three options to resolve a water pressure issue. He installed a new pressure regulating valve on the main water line, replaced two shutoff valves (main shutoff, sprinkler shutoff), and added an expansion tank to the tankless water heater. He stayed onsite…
