I was impressed with the knowledge and care the plumber took to diagnose and solve the problem. He was also very pleasant to deal with.
Eddie showed up on time and completed my water heater flush in under an hour. Awesome service, I wouldn’t call anyone else.
Fast, professional, upfront and reliable. Also gave us a good recommendation for restoration services. We used them also to install a temporary sink and they were very helpful and educational.
Eddie Pollack was a rockstar. He diagnosed my issue in about 2 seconds and had me back up and running in no time. Would highly recommend.
Again. Rooterman came through. After waiting a week for a warranty assigned service, i called Rooterman and they came right out and got my water heater working.
Very knowledgeable. Prompt service. Fixed water heater without replacing. Saved me money
Eddie P. did an excellent job! I called to schedule a service not thinking I would be able to get on the schedule for at least a few days. Eddie arrived in less than an hour and did an amazing job installing some new toilets and servicing my water heater. He left my house tidy and in perfect working order. Definitely cannot recommend him enough!

Awesome service. He got everything fixed
Had a really great experience with Rooter-Man Plumbing! I had a manufacture warranty issue with my Rheem water heater due to a known defective valve that the manufacturer was able to send a replacement of. I reached out to several companies that were listed on the Rheem approved technician site to request a quote…
Curtis was knowledgeable, helpful and patient. UPDATE - worked with Rooter-Man again for clog. The company/service was top notch once again - from Luke being great guy and plumber, to Misti in the office being helpful and communicative. Will call again!
A great experience. Joshua was here on time and was professional and friendly. I will definitely work with your company again.
Josh did a great job and is very professional. Our system is back up and working!
Curtis was great! We had a leak in the gas pipe to our water heater, and Rooter was able to get Curtis out to us in under an hour. He was super friendly, and took time to explain everything throughout the repair process. He was able to get everything fixed and looking great very quickly. Will definitely recommend and use Rooter again in the future!
On time and very quickly diagnosed the problem. Byron explained the problem and how he fixed it, but also reminded me that my water heater was pretty much at end of service. He sent me a range of water heater replacements. I will definitely be calling Rooter-Man Plumbing of Austin again!
Jason was professional, thorough, and courteous. We'll certainly use them again for any plumbing needs and specifically request Jason McKinley to be sent.

Rooter-Man Plumbing has been a lifesaver! Once you request an appointment, their office team doesn't just put you on the schedule. They actively look for opportunities to squeeze you in sooner. My water heater stopped working on Saturday and Curtis came out first thing Monday morning. He quickly diagnosed the issue…
Collen did a great job installing a new heater and even came on short notice on the weekend. Very professional and quick service.
