I was impressed with the knowledge and care the plumber took to diagnose and solve the problem. He was also very pleasant to deal with.
Eddie showed up on time and completed my water heater flush in under an hour. Awesome service, I wouldn’t call anyone else.
Fast, professional, upfront and reliable. Also gave us a good recommendation for restoration services. We used them also to install a temporary sink and they were very helpful and educational.
Eddie Pollack was a rockstar. He diagnosed my issue in about 2 seconds and had me back up and running in no time. Would highly recommend.

Eddie arrived in less than an hour and did an amazing job installing some new toilets and servicing my water heater. He left my house tidy and in perfect working order. Curtis was great! We had a leak in the gas pipe to our water heater, and Rooter was able to get Curtis out to us in under an hour. He was super friendly, and took time to explain everything throughout the repair process. He was able to get everything fixed and looking great very quickly. Will definitely recommend and use Rooter again in the future!
On time and very quickly diagnosed the problem. Byron explained the problem and how he fixed it, but also reminded me that my water heater was pretty much at end of service. He sent me a range of water heater replacements. I will definitely be calling Rooter-Man Plumbing of Austin again!

The plumber Collen came out, diagnosed the problem very quickly and was straight up about what needed to be done. No nonsense but he was very personable.
