Brandon arrived at our house before I got there. He offered to do an in-house inspection. I declined because I was late for an appointment. He even backed out of our driveway so I could get past him. He was very courteous.
It was Bryce's first time servicing our buildings but with the information Rose provided him it was like he'd been there a dozen times before!
Brandon does a very nice job with the exterior of our home and garage, which is all we want done. He is always polite and does what we ask him to do and pays attention to the details. Thank you Brandon.

Very please with each part of the service process. Donavan got everything set up and we could barely tell he was here.
My in-laws have used Rose for years. Brandon has been their service representative for at least the last couple of years. My father-in-law passed away in May, and I have been present at the last two inspections done by Brandon. I am writing this review to praise Brandon for his attention to detail and for using his time efficiently. He is knowledgeable about the products, the placement, the behavior of rodents, etc. I have really appreciated Brandon's strong work ethic as well as the time he takes to do a really good job. He was on site at our family's home for over an hour today for a regularly scheduled visit!
