Brandon was great to work with. He was ontime polite and thorough
I am very pleased with the people that I've delt with at Rose Pest Solutions. First with Nick when I called about my situation and then with Brandon the Service Tech that came to the house to address my issues. Both were very professional and friendly. I highly recommend Rose.
Brandon is polite, friendly, helpful with questions, professional, respectful of my property.
I called Rose Pest Solutions at the first sight of a mouse in our house. Through great luck, their technician Barry had an opening in his schedule and was able to come right away. He did a full inspection of my property, addressing some openings he believed were providing entry. He also set traps strategically…
Very quick and reliable response.
I live in an apartment building in Kalamazoo county. The property manager hired Rose to inspect (with dog) for bugs. I had just purchased my new couch and the dogs claw made a scratch on the armchair. They took over a month to respond to my calls and emails. When they finally came out (after forgetting our apt!)…
Mike has been very helpful. He explains what he's doing and why and listens to any concerns we might have. We had a mouse issue in our garage. Mike set traps which were successful in catching them. We are very happy with Rose Pest Solutions.
We’ve used Rose for years since having termites and carpenter ants. They only put pesticide on the exterior of our house. Home service has been excellent.
Absolutely I shall never recommend Rose Pest Control Solutions at all. Very High cost and very poor services; Still struggling to get my money back. NEVER PAY IN FULL EVER. Extremely UNHAPPY. MEETING IN PERSON IS USELESS AND EXTREMELY FRUSTRATED.
We've used Rose Pest Solutions for about twenty years and have always had good service. They check the inside of the house for evidence of pests and spray around the outside three times a year. If we have any problems between visits, like with mice or bees, they come shortly after we call and there is no extra charge.
Always receive a call the night before from Mike to verify our time or a text that morning. He is a great guy. Works hard always answers any questions we have. Very professional and my dog looks forward to his visit. Great with your pets.
I cannot recommend this place enough. Great value, great service, excellent response time. Michael was the technician dispatched to my house and he has been going above and beyond every step of the way. He sends me a quick text with a brief summary after each visit/check-in, lets me know what he found, any…
