Jesus with Roto-Rooter has saved us twice! My mom lives rural and us kids try to help her as best we can but we are far away. Ruben was awesome! Very knowledgeable, did a great job. Dealing with him took a lot of the sting out when it came time to settle up.
Quick and professional, they knew exactly what was causing the leak and were able to fix it with ease. They were also very kind to my daughter who was interested in what they were doing. Friendly and simple help, thanks again!
James is the consummate professional and when I saw him walk in there for the second time I was so relieved and he is the reason that I will continue to call Roto Rooter
Appreciate the fast and great service today!
We worked with Supervisor Geri and his team. Every single staff member were kind and courteous. We’ve worked with Roto Rooter in the past too and nothing but great things from this company. Really exceptional!!
Quick and professional
Same day service was great. They got here pretty close to when they said they would. The tech was great. A very pleasant experience all around.
Larry did a phenomenal job. He was very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. The repair was completed quickly. I had two other companies come out and both left saying that they couldn’t make the repair. I think Larry’s years of experience made the difference. I’m very pleased with the results. 🙂👍
Larry came out from Roto-Rooter to help with diagnosing and fixing leaky / blocked faucets.
Rotor Rooter sent a technician within an hour of calling in a problem. Bradley was quick, honest and a pleasure to work with. The issue was fixed right away. So pleased!
The gentlemen who came were excellent and did good work. No problem with them. Your pricing; however, was outrageous.

As usual Roto took care of me! As soon as my disposal started leaking, they showed up in less than an hour. Terry did an amazing job removing my disposal. Thank you again for your promptness and professionalism!

Our service tech, Mark, was friendly, knowledgable, conscientious and capable. He was a thoroughly qualified professional. Thank you Roto-Rooter.

Muhammad and Brad were the absolute greatest! They were very honest and knowledgeable and went above and beyond. I will definitely be requesting them for any upcoming plumbing projects that occur in the future.
Great service - on time, communicative, clear proposal, high quality work, very professional plumber
The technician showed up in a timely manner. He was quick to diagnose the issue, had the parts on hand that were needed, and got the job done professionally. Other plumbing companies that I had called either scheduled a time but never showed, or weren't available as quickly as Roto-Rooter.
Larry Belding was awesome and fixed our faucet issue quickly. Larry was friendly/pleasant and made a stressful situation bearable. He is a great company representative - thanks.
Roto Rooter was great primarily because of their flexibility and availability. They were able to come do a same day repair which was awesome! The phone scheduling women was very kind and friendly and the plumber dispatched, Larry, was also very nice. My only issue is with the pricing. The initial visit fee is fair…
The hose bib on the outside of my house sprung a leak when I pulled the garden hose. Plumber looked at it in dismay and shook his head. He said it was really bad and would cost $500. I asked how long did he think it would take and he said an hour. I said, your rate is $500. He relented and said ok, $355 is an hourly…
They put me on a waiting list but came right away next day.Fixed pvc breaks at well and inside and out garage and leak in bathroom. We had to bypass things to get water but they got it going for now! Very nice guys-came back next day to finish so I could get water!
