Ruben did a great job, we’ve used Roto-Rooter many times before and they handle the clogging drain very well.
As usual Roto took care of me! As soon as my disposal started leaking, they showed up in less than an hour. Terry did an amazing job removing my disposal. Thank you again for your promptness and professionalism!
Great, fast, friendly effective service after standing in water in my shower this morning wondering why I was not doing anything about it…
My kitchen sink wasn’t draining I called Roto Rooter to come out. Oscar came out to check out. He was very professional, courteous, and competent. I will definitely use this company again if needed.
We are new in the area and felt overwhelmed when our home started having plumbing issues. We called Roto-Rooter after seeing the positive reviews. Amelia, who answered my call—was incredibly personable and patient as I tried to navigate a chaotic situation. Oscar came out and did an amazing job. He figured out a…
Ronnie was amazing! We had a complicated leak, and he made a frustrating situation as easy as possible on us. Super responsive, very knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to take care of us (including going to our house to turn our water off while we were out of town!). Can’t recommend him enough!
Adam was extremely knowledgeable and friendly! He evaluated the issue and gave us a great recommendation on how to proceed. We would love to have him back for future plumbing needs!
Adam was very kind and got straight to it. He explained what he would do and the alternative if needed. He was patient while I had customers. If all the Roto-Rooters employees are like Adam, this is a great company to do business with. Thank you Adam!
Mark was fantastic! He quickly assessed the situation, explained what he was going to do, followed through with an explanation of what he found, and provided helpful guidance on ensuring I didn't have similar issues in the future. I feel confident that the issue is resolved and that I would call Roto-Rooter plumbing again, should I ever need a plumber.
I had 2 bathroom sinks clogged up. Adam knew just what to do and got it fixed ver quickly. He was very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly.
We had a major problem with a backed up sink. We called for help and they sent their guy, Mark, out within an hour. He saved the day! Mark gave us lots of information about how to avoid this problem again in the future also. Great job!
Stopped up bathroom sink. He diagnosed the problem and told me the cost. Fixed it. Extremely efficient, on time and we are grateful of the professionalism! Thank you!
We called Roto Rooter because we had sewage backing up into our showers and toilets after hours. They got someone here (Greg) in less than an hour. He was very nice and professional and got our clog cleared within 30 min. They will follow up with additional steps this week as well. We used them a year ago for a pipe…
Ronnie and team were very professional & did a great job explaining each step of their process. In addition to fixing the shower they were called to do, they helped us be better informed of future things to watch out for. I would recommend Ronnie and Roto Rooter for your future plumbing needs.
Greg was absolutely fantastic! He arrived on time and was happy to help fix an extremely clogged drain as well as an issue with one of the toilets. He explained the issue and also the work guarantee Roto-Rooter includes with their service. It is really nice to have a company show up and do a great job, especially in…
Mark came out to the house to clear the line to the septic tank. He was friendly and professional. He helped describe the problem, he took care of the problem, and even gave us tips on helping to keep the line clear. Great experience, especially having to deal with stuff plumbers deal with.
Oscar was so nice professional and thorough. Quick response and explained everything very well. Worked with the pricing and a great guy!!

Jose and Jesus did a great job! They were prompt, courteous, neat, thorough and took time to make sure my husband and I understood exactly what they had to do in order to stop a hot water line leak in our master bathroom. Highly recommend!
