Mr. Bradley Grayson (Licensed Plumber) and Mr. Joseph De La Cruz (Water Restoration Field Supervisor) exceeded my expectations in their plumbing water cleaning services and repairs, reasonable pricing and quick response. We appreciated the fast response, Mark went out of his way to take care of our clogged line and to find the problem, a crushed line going into the septic.He gave us suggestions and solutions about how to solve it quickly.
Our business had a leak in the main line and were unable to open because of it. Within 24 hours, Roto-Rooter had a team diagnose the issue, locate the leak, repair it and get us back in service as if nothing had happened. The plumber who came at night on an emergency call was excellent and fixed the problem. After another man came out a few days later to check inside all our pipes with a camera and discovered a root starting to grow in. It was expensive but totally with it. Such good service!
Great response time to emergency back up on a Sunday. Three staff helped assess and manage the emergency situation and make recommendations for long term remediation. Last night was the worst, flushed my toilet and it backed up into my shower stall, I called Roto-Rooter's emergency line, and first thing the next morning one of their Excavation Specialists, Oscar was there to help clear out my main drainage line! He explained everything well, was super polite, and we got everthing back to normal. I highly reccomend!
We thought we had a leak so we called Roto-Rooter on a Friday. The serviceman they sent, Javier, was wonderful and thoroughly performed leak detection but did not find any so he requested for a follow-up for another team to come. The next team came and were just as thorough using high tech camera all for one service fee. Great service overall.

Oscar did a first rate job tracing some water lines --not owned by the city-so that the folks coming to install a gate and fence did not damage them. They have experience and tools to do the job right. Oscar was a first rate engineer with a world of experience. Highly recommended.
