Mr. Bradley Grayson (Licensed Plumber) and Mr. Joseph De La Cruz (Water Restoration Field Supervisor) exceeded my expectations in their plumbing water cleaning services and repairs, reasonable pricing and quick response. Both were friendly, polite, efficient, hardworking and professional. I would recommend both 110% without any hesitation.
I would highly recommend these guys! They were there every step of the way on the process of a major water leak. Had a leak detection scheduled for 10am-12pm. At 6:30pm they let me know they don’t even do leak detection on weekends and no one was coming.

Ronnie was amazing! We had a complicated leak, and he made a frustrating situation as easy as possible on us. Super responsive, very knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to take care of us (including going to our house to turn our water off while we were out of town!). Can’t recommend him enough!

Within 24 hours, Roto-Rooter had a team diagnose the issue, locate the leak, repair it and get us back in service as if nothing had happened. My water softener had quit working and was leaking so I wanted it removed. I called today and they were able to have someone here today. As it was being disconnected two of the hoses just broke! If I had had to wait until later in the week I might have been in deep water!!! No pun intended!!
I called roto Ritter plumbing since we had an emergency issue with a shower valve. They sent some one writhing 45 minutes. Jesus and Jose were really helpful and they did an amazing job. I would recommend their service to anyone who needs someone immediately
